7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

This is supposed to be a convenience store where you can make a quick stop for a drink, snack, etc. but it's completely the opposite, the staff takes incompetence and bad customer service to the highest level, even a simple cup of coffee can be a difficult item to purchase there, my latest experience has begun with the store stop providing sleeves for hot beverages cups, which they were running out of all the time anyways, and they won't let you use a double cup without charging double the price, then they started claiming that the new cups were doubled built-in now, but that didn't stop the cup from getting super hot in your hand, I guess they expect you to burn yourself, and the latest is they now carry styrofoam cups which are horrible to the environment but to make matters worse they don't provide lids for them, I had to walk out and my leave my coffee behind, definitely will avoid going there now unless I'm there to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, unfortunately this is the closest store in the neighborhood, the other closest 7-11 is a small store so their inventory selection is limited even for coffee, the store has the potential to be a great convenience store but the staff does not care about customer service at all, the lines for the register are usually long and slow, sometimes you have to literally go pull another employee from the floor to go help with registers, overall a very...

It used to be my go to 7-11 but not anymore. Today I stopped for coffee and saw they did not have any sleeve where they should be. So I thought maybe they have them in the front. While in line holding two hot coffees I was burning my hands. I had to put down my coffees next to the cookie counter. Once at the register, i asked for a sleeve and both ladies told me no more coming because the cups were already double. I was like, what!!? Why am I getting burned? So even touched the coffee and insulted me in saying it wasnt hot. I got upset and told her not everyone has thick hand skin. She looked at me with a blank stare. Anywho I ended up leaving the coffees and walked out. 7-11, this new no coffee sleeve is where I draw the line. Plus the homeless problem outside is getting out of control I don't feel safe anymore. Beware of this 7eleven today I purchased cigarettes from this 711 I inserted my credit card to pay out of no where the register was not reading my chip so they made me slide my card to pay after inspecting the credit card reader or terminal i notice that the terminal on the first register had a skimming device on top of the original credit card terminal I think the employees or even the owner of this 711 they Purposely messed up the chip reader so liked that u have to swipe your card to be able to pay.when you swipe your card and and enter your passcode the skimming device records your credit card data and passcode after they have your card data and passcode they clone your card onto a visa gift card!!!!!!!’beware!!!!!!!
