McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Bad customer service I went two weeks ago to order two combos I pull up to the second window and get my food the female employee gives me the bag and slams the window close. I check my order and I see no sauces so she is having a conversation while I sit outside just waiting then she opens I asked for ranch barbecue and ketchup she goes grabs 1ramch and slams the window shut again to keep having her conversations the other employee just poured at her that I was in the back so she again opens and I said where’s my ketchup and barbecue then she grabbed it and did the same thing my head hurt that day so I wasn’t going to argue honestly I think if you wanna y’all go do it but outside of work cus apparently if your not doing your job why get paid for it you don’t need it. Bad customer service I’m a cashier T the lax I never give bad attitude nor rude response because I believe that my problems should stay outside I may have the worst day and I’ll still give my customer a big smile and good service. Today I came to buy my mom food and niece I got #6 combo 10pc chx nuggets a caramel frappe hot a coffee two mcchx and a crispy chx sandwich I drive them home my cousin opens her chx nugget box and has 6pc not 10 my mother coffe was half the cup filled and I said no more I’m going to call and speak to a manager so I did called a man picked up I said may I please speak to a manager and he hung up the phone on me called back three times no response !! Y’all need Training or simply get fired because you guys aren’t deserving the pay check....

Today I was FORCED to babysit my half cousin’s stepdaughter Kiley (what a gross name) due to my cousins giving birth. This was EXTREMELY inconsiderate of her to and it was even more IRRITATING that she had the audacity to dump Kylie (she is 6) at my doorstep. So i decided to give her the tv remote and let her flip through the channels. after helping her choose an age appropriate show (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) i sat down to enjoy the television with her. on an ad break I saw an ad for mcdonald’s and the second i laid eye on those meaty burgers i knew i must purchase one. so after hoisting the girl over my shoulder and shoving her into my 2014 Toyota RAV4 we set off. when we arrived at the drive thru the wait was MASSIVE so i decided we must go inside. to my IMMENSE PLEASURE there was not a single person in line. I ordered 9 big macs, extra mayo, extra pickles, extra cheese, with more mayo as a dipping sauce. Kylie wanted a plain cheeseburger but i forced her (to get some meat on her skinny arms) to order two large fries with mayo for dipping and a quarter pounder with extra meat. we both got a vanilla milkshake and i made sure they mixed a cup of mayo into each. feeling VERY satisfied with this healthy meal, me and Kylie (we are besties now after this experience) returned home to continue our night of Housewives. There's always the same lady with an attitude who messes up your order in the A.M. I'm updating my post from a recent experience this 2nd week of April 2025. I order my food, the screen is broke. The cashier ask me is that everything, I say yes then she says pull to the window. I get there she ask card or cash. I say card, she say better, then sticks her card reader out the window with her head turned looking into the store. She didn't tell me a total or anything, no receipt or anything. The city car infront of me had a messed up order because he slammed on the brakes before pulling off. I get my order and it's wrong. Actually less of meal then what I payed for. MCDONALDS I think it is robbery hiring incompetent people who do not live up to what you hired them to do. Price of things are high and if some people have extra funds to spend at places like this. They don't deserve to be ripped off. Also, I would tell the staff they should show respect when speaking Spanish. Mucha gente en Los Ángeles habla varios idiomas.
