The food always, every single time, tastes old, as though the ingredients were from the week prior. On top of that, the prices are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. $9.00 for 8 pieces of shrimp tempura roll, except it's 90% rice. The pictures are incredibly misleading. $8.00 for a 4x4 Togo box consisting of rice, old meat, and a deluge of sauce. The only thing they give generous servings of here is the sauce, since it's needed to cover up the garbage they serve. Don't come here, save your money, you can do better. I am from Montana where we don’t have a selection of teriyaki. But I have been to the west coast enough times to have had wonderful “strip mall teriyaki served in styrofoam”. This place certainly was not up there for my taste. Yes, large portions but if it is not that good what is the point. Friendly service. Soda fountain drinks tasted flat and old. There’s a combination of Burger King, Oushi, Boba tea and a laundry mat, yet zero bathroom. This almost feels like a health concern in of itself that people can’t wash...

What's going on here?! I've been waiting twenty minutes, got in an argument with a laundromat worker, almost peed myself trying to find the restroom... I remembered being here before after she rung me up and my meal mysteriously came to almost $20. This plate better not be like their cheap/expensive Top "Ramen Bowl". It all came back to me. Ugh!
