Paris Baguette — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This morning i bought my peach tea as i always did everyday This new asian guy is serving the customers using his phone and he found there’s no peach tea available so he grab the pitcher and pour out a lot of water while the peach concentrate only few left so it means if he mix this with the water its gonna be light so i complain why this two peach ice tea is different color and he said thats our peach tea what can i do if you want i can refund you I told him you must put a lot of water for a small left pure peach tea so the result is like that and the asian guy said thats our ice tea I told him I cannot accept this because this will taste like water and he said i will just refund it no effort at all to comfort the customer and theni a i asked him again same peach tea but different color? And then he asked the other sales person where is our peach tea concentrate in the bottle other girl said its there so he found out and make another peach tea this time its the same color he replaced it but the point here is they can serve worst Peach They don’t care if good peach or not and he doesn’t care what the customer wants tea and he doesn’t care at all

I ordered this for delivery through Grubhub. I chose the Chicken Caesar Baguette sandwich. It has a nice spring mix, the mixed chicken Caesar, tomatoes, dijon mayonnaise, and all on their baguette. This was way better than I expected. I understand that these are not made on the spot and are premade in the morning. That does not even matter to me because the sandwich was good from the first bite to the last. The baguette was great. Not chewy, still crunchy from the crust and soft on the inside with great flavor overall. I wish bacon was an option; I think that would take this to make it perfect for me. Paris Baguette has been becoming my favorite go to place for sandwiches, coffee, and pastries (their cheesecake is fantastic) and other goodies. I could not recommend them more than I already do for someone looking for a quick bite to eat that doesn't break the bank. Will continue to order and come here. When P.B. first opened including this particular one, service was better and in general, more generous. During covid they decided not to give coffee refills which all of the PB's in the area had always given refills but for some reason stopped during and after covid. Also, this particular PB's no longer offers decaf which I like to get half-caf or even full on decaf but now they said their decaf maker is not working? Unfortunately their prices have gone up but almost everything has but like other places, a much higher rate than inflation. Also noted, the coffee is ok not great and certainly not in the league of a Peet's or Philz, just an ordinary ok coffee. I will say their pastries are very good and very fair priced. Lastly, it seems the employees would rather be anywhere else but at their current job, or at least at this particular PB.
