I am not from LA but my family and I went down to L.A for a small family trip. We decided to get Starbucks early morning. It sucks to say that I did not have a great experience. Everything was awful. I love love love Starbucks but never again will I go to that specific one. For one, the lady taking my order was so focused on the rush she wouldn't let me finish my sentences. She kept saying "anything else?" Over and over again. I also asked if she could put HALF A PUMP OF THE SYRUPS and decided to go crazy on the syrup. I could not finish my drink it was WAY to sweet it was so gross. Then.. while I was waiting for our drinks to be called out we had two thing's missing. My dad's mocha and pound cake. Everyone else that was behind us got their drinks and we got only a few that we bought. I asked the guy nicely how much longer for my dad's mocha and he rudly said it's coming. After 15 minutes I asked him again and he just made it right away. And handed it to me. He didn't let me finish my sentence and just made the mocha right away. It was supposed to be made a certain way because my dad added a few things to it. Obviously he didn't know because he didn't let me finish my sentence. Seeing he was frustrated because of the rush he couldn't handle I didn't even ask to re-make it. Sadly all of our drinks were not what we wanted. And we tried to drink them but couldn't even drink it HALF way. Nothing but wasted time and money. GET...

As I entered, there wasn’t the friendly greeting. You normally get a most Starbucks.

As I asked for my coffee, waited a few minutes until someone from behind the counter stopped the personal conversations to assist me .

I then proceeded to order my blonde roast with heavy cream on the side .

Next, I asked for the bathroom code so I can use their facilities to wash up my hands . I was told that there are no public restrooms in the Starbucks.

I have never experienced that in the United States or in any other foreign country that I travel to from a Starbucks location .

I can see the restrooms were there, but apparently they do not let anyone use them .

I was very disappointed, canceled my order and walked out
