Ordered on the app and waited for my name to be called as per usual but ended up having to go to the counter to ask for my order. There was another person waiting at the counter already when I approached. There were about 5 people working and looking at us but no one acknowledged us. Finally a guy came from the drive through window. He was nice but seemed very distracted. He gave my my order. The food was fine but there was about an inch of my drink left empty. On my way to the table I couldn't find any sauce packets so I went back to the counter to ask for some. The other person was still standing there waiting. We waited for several minutes again before the guy from the drive through window came over. He handed the other person their food but completely ignored me and walked back over to his window. I stood there for several minutes with employees looking at me and a couple of them walked by and looked at me, but not a single one acknowledged me. Finally I asked out loud if someone could help me. All four of the people I could see in front of me working just looked at me and didn’t say a thing. I asked again if someone could help me then the drive through guy finally came over and I got the sauce packets. Another thing I noticed while I was standing there for so long is that the knife they use to slice the Mexican Pizzas never gets cleaned between cuts. It has food all over it that just hangs there in the air where it becomes contaminated as the food on it ages at room temperature. That’s pretty gross. Needless to say, the workers here are either not trained properly or are lazy. I ended up throwing my food away because I didn’t want to risk...

Honestly, Taco Bell holds a special place in my heart. It was the only fast food I would eat growing up as a vegetarian....but last night was like Gtfooh...seriously? I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken burrito, spicy potatoes taco, and 2 cheesy roll ups. The burrito was at best ok. Mostly it wS tortilla and more than a bit dry. Ive had then before from other locations, where they were the direct opposite of that. Sauce would of at least drowned out the blandness and dryness of 65% over warmed flour tortilla flavor with the one thing that noone can mess up, toca bell sauce. Only if I had received a single packet of said sauce. I remembered being ansked for sauce, and it remember saying and being read back as Mild Sauce. I took it as Sauce. The prepper and Co took it as lets MILK whats left over and seve this guy a near unedible burrito, followed by spicy krewton taco. Could of easily used the potatoes as a vegetarian alt. to Bacon bits. Minus flavor. Lastly, if it was not for the fact that I got the roll ups for my dog, I would of turned into a hungry Mr HYde. Again, Dry flour tortilla made up well over 65% of the item. I dont know how lazy someone could be to shovel and then take money for the HrsShet that I got last night. Guess ill be giving Norms that just opened on Hollywood and Western a go for my late night...

came into this Taco Bell 2 months ago to order one of the Mountain Dew ice drinks they have. It was between 2-5 when happy hour is on and the drinks are $1. Well that popular flavor did not work. All the other favors suck so don't even bother. I came back 3weeks later- Mountain Dew flavor is not working again. I came back now almost 1month later and guess what? The damn machine is still not working, and the cashier giggles saying yea it still doesn't work. Hummm I feel like they stop it from working every time it's happy hour so they can sell the sucky flavored they have, not only that but the parking lot is so filthy, there was a soda cup that had spilled filled with cigars, so it smelled gross. Couple of crunch wraps on the floor smashed by a car. And a soft taco near the door stop with a hot sauce. It's like people throwing their food out because it's so gross. Customers service there sucks already. It's Taco Bell there not much to expect but at least fix your machine so I can get my $1 drink because that's the only time I...

All the $5 boxes they add a dollar to the app. Proof it's not a glitch is this recent cravings box, the day it came out, rant up as $5 at checkout in the app a week or so ago. Well, they updated the price so now it adds a dollar to the cost. They've been doing this for at least a year at this location (Hollywood, CA). I don't know if other locations do this as well or if it's a specific franchisee or what.

The first thing that I noticed when I walked in this taco bell was the friendliness of the staff. They sported a nice smile and took the order quickly. The dine in was relatively empty. The restaurant was nice and clean. I tried their crispy tacos and nachos with chilli. The tacos were amazing and their nachos were nicely overloaded with chilli unlike other places.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, asked to substitute meat for beans. Order was made with meat and no beans. Asked for it to be remade and the guy working in the back making food went out back to the parking lot forgetting it was in the oven. Delivered me a burnt crunch wrap supreme. Poor service, will not go back.
