It was not worth my time. The food was nothing special. It tasted fine but very salty. You can get a tastier meal anywhere else. A salmon with some arugula and mashed potatoes? Why am I paying so much for something so simple? Not to mention, my salmon had bones. That is potentially dangerous.
The atmosphere feels empty? It's hard to explain but it is way too open and almost like there isn't enough decor.
Regardless, the food is prepared in such a way that is not safe for anyone with allergies. There is a lot of cross-contamination with regard to cooking utensils and no glove changes (or sometimes no gloves at all).
This place was made by someone who wanted to jump on the hype of "healthy" restaurant choices but doesn't actually know about food, flavor, health, or atmosphere. The employees need training, better health and safety equipment (like masks, hair nets, and gloves [all of which I saw only one person wearing]), and lastly they probably need better pay or you need to hire someone to revamp the menu.
I got take out and waited over 30 minutes for my food. I saw some people come in, sit down, get their food and eat it, and leave all while I was waiting for my food. I should have left but I guess the sunk cost fallacy took hold of me.

Well guess what today was one of those experiences all I gotta say is first God bless and I want to congratulate you guys because finally for once I came across not only your worker, by besides this person being a worker I come to find out that he’s one of your management people. His name is Ronnie I truly appreciate the customer service that he has given me a few times that I’ve been into you guys store trust me I’m a big guy. I love to eat so I’ve been to a different places and I’m not gonna deny it. I’ve never gotten customer service like I did from this person like I have before at this restaurant. I wish other restaurants or other fast food places that I visit they have people like Ronnie himself working there. He’s smiling he’s charismatic. He looks like he’s always working hard running around back-and-forth helping colleagues helping customers and does that kind of attitude that me as a customer and me as visiting restaurants I like to see so congratulations and I just wanna say. Read moreTender Greens is our office go-to place for lunch because of the variety in selection & good food. Plus, our office is located right in Westwood within walking distance. However, this review is for a disappointing experience for a lunch order placed online. When picking up my order for a Pacific Bowl for Grilled Salmon & another bowl for Katsu Chicken (placed 45 min earlier). They couldn't locate my order anywhere & several people even checked but nowhere to be found. They remembered making it, but apparently, it was given to someone else. I showed my phone of the email received of confirmation of my order placed & they checked in their system that I did place an order. I had to "wait" 20 minutes for my order to be made again. When receiving my order, I asked if I could get a cookie because of waiting. I was told "no" and I would have to "pay" for the cookie.
Just to share my disappointing experience of their mistake of giving my order to someone else, had to "wait" 20 minutes into my lunch break for my food to be made again and no gesture of customer service courtesy for the inconvenience this created because of their apparent mistake.
