I’m writing this review in the hope that it helps improve employee training and consistency at this location. Unfortunately, the customer service here is consistently lacking. There are no smiles when you walk in, no greetings like “Good morning,” “Hi,” or “Thank you for coming.” Nothing that makes you feel welcomed. The staff simply wait for you to place your order, without so much as a “How can I help you?” or even basic eye contact. In particular, the cashier named Michell has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of friendliness, appearing as though she doesn't want to be there. This isn’t based on a one-time visit — I’ve experienced this type of service several times now when stopping by this Coffee Bean near the airport. For this reason, I’ll be choosing to visit other locations moving forward. I’m sharing this feedback not out of frustration, but with the intention of helping improve the training and overall customer experience at this store.

The only good thing about this place besides the coffee ☕ is the location 📍because like most other places in this part of the world, if you don't speak American (with extra adenoids) or Hispanic, you really need to take your time ordering things through them.

I love the interior of this coffee bean & tea leaf. Very modern and nice details. Great service as well, the barista was so nice! And as with all coffee bean & tea leaf: good vegetarian food options and vegan coffee options.

I saw several complaints about customer service that were 5 months old so I thought it was worth sharing my experience.

Everything was just perfect.

There were two employees (Michael?) and Michelle. I got a couple donuts, and two lattes that we were able to bill to the room for our Hilton Honors food credit, which was nice.

I had a few moments to look over the menu while they helped other customers. And when he greeted me was smiling and helpful—patient with my uncaffeinated brain fog.

Michelle made our drinks. I expected to need sweetener, but both drinks came out perfect. She saw me trying to get out my room key and balance donuts and two drinks, and offered a drink carrier. She even got a stopper for the hot coffee—everything with kindness and a smile.

I would definitely return. $25 for two large coffees, two donuts, plus tip, and taxes for two people.

On a separate note for anyone considering a stay at the hotel, our hotel rooms (one last week at Homewood Suites, one this week at H Hotel) had ice cold A/C in August and September. We did not have issues with having to reactivate it in the middle of the night. I have experienced that before, and it’s no fun. But apparently...

This coffee bean shop is inside the Hilton hotel by LAX airport. This place is awesome 😊 They carry assorted Krispy Kreme donuts yum so delicious a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts cost was about $15.00 and was well worth the price 😋 They also carry premade packages sandwiches 🥪 🥪🍞🥪 and they were fresh: 😋 their chicken salad on croissant, Turkey heroes, turkey on grain bread, ham and swiss are fantastic., Let's not forget the coffee we got Mocha ice frappes with Carmel sauce drizzled inside the cup. Then to this same coffee drink the coffee mum added whipped cream then another drizzle of Carmel sauce. So so good 👍😊. One mocha drink we asked for them to add extra chocolate to the Mocha. Lip smacking delicious. 😋 The person in our party was very pleased with this frozen drink. The barmista - coffee maid was extremely cherry and made us feel very welcomed. I wouldn't hesitate to good back to this establishment I give this business an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale....

We got coffees here yesterday and were extremely underwhelmed. Horrible service. We stood at the counter and weren’t acknowledged at all even though the girl working glanced over and saw us. Even just a hello or I’ll be with you in a second would have been nice. After our long awkward silent wait (no other customers in the cafe) she took our order and seemed inconvenienced by having customers. We’ve met a few people like this since visiting LA and it seems there is a generation that thinks a customer is privileged to even be served in the first place. It’s sad. Then she hands us the receipt to ask an obligatory tip for doing nothing. Not even a thank you after you do it. So what did we tip for? To be in her mere presence 🤷‍♀️It’s weird and feels very entitled. We won’t be back. Our coffees weren’t good and came from an automated machine and not a proper espresso press. We ended up going to Starbucks at the hotel next door for a better...
