This Starbucks makes my drink perfectly; however, I would have given this location 5 stars, but because their service is not great, I am rating this location 2 stars. The staff doesn’t always greet you and I don’t feel the cheerful friendly atmosphere like other locations, it seems like the staff at this location are grumpy in the morning or look like they don’t want to be there which might explain the delay of service. Get ready to wait a long time for your order! I usually place my order 15-30 mins ahead through the Mobile App., and when I walk into the store thinking it has been enough time for my order to be complete, this location would still have me waiting an extra 5 to 10 mins and it is very unfortunate that I still receive this type of service even when ordering in advanced. I must travel 40 mins to work and there have been occasions that I have been late to work due to Starbucks holding up on my order. Each time I walk into this location, I am not the only one with this issue, there would be 2-4 other customers waiting. I have never had any issues with “LONGGGGG” wait times at any other location. Don’t even try the drive-thru because you will be waiting 15 to 20 mins to place an order and to receive your order. Horrible!!!! Why is this location so slowwwww????? Please get it together!!! Management should act to get more staff who are willing to work to do the work or figure out a plan to do better with the current staff. This is probably the most poorly tan Starbucks I’ve ever encountered out of all the places/areas I’ve lived in the country. It should not take longer than 45 minutes for a mobile order I placed when I was 20 miles away in slidell heading into work. I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt considering it’s off 12&190. I stopped coming here for the longest time and noticed the drive thru line never seemed backed up anymore, so I have it another try after a few months…never again. Don’t suggest I get a refund on a drink I ordered over 45 minutes ago. Get a better manager that actually can train a decent team then I may come back. I always tell people to NEVER frequent this location unless they have no plans and want to wait forever. Get some ideas for the locations in Slidell, because they are much busier and always fast and drinks always ready within 10 minutes. This is the first time having to write a review , but the service there today was HORRIBLE , first off if your NOT going to offer mobile order pick up due to covid , TAKE THE MOBILE ORDERING OFF THE APP , second when you get there to pick up your order and they don’t bother to tell you in the app that you have to wait in the hour long line to pick up , they won’t refund your money , I called 10 times back to back and they picked up the phone AND HUNG UP ON ME REPEATEDLY , BRITTANY at the Lake Dr location kept picking up and hanging up Bc she said her name when she did pick up the first time , after stating my Issue she HUNG UP ON ME .
