Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

My grandchildren and I had a HORRIBLE experience last night at the Wendys in Covington. I ordered our food through the drive up, & usually the person repeats it, but the girl just gave me a total. When I received my order, I only had 1 bag so I knew something was wrong. I ordered 2 baked potatoes, 2 6-count chicken nuggets, French fries, 2 Frosty’s, and 1 single cheeseburger. & a large Sprite. When I told them my order was incorrect, the lady stuck a receipt in my face, & said You didn’t pay for the other food! I was like, what? I told her what I was missing, & she got louder & said I didn’t order it nor pay for it. So I told her what I ordered, & she printed another receipt & told me to look at it. Then, she told me to just leave. My grandchildren were crying at the way the lady yelled at me. It was a horrific experience that I will never forget. I hope my grandchildren forget, bc they were terribly upset. They heard what I ordered, & couldn’t understand why it was such a problem. I still can’t believe the lady told...

One out of five is more then the number of times I come away from that place satisfied. After two years with this location as my local spot I will not be returning. Ever. The consistent issues: excessively long wait times even outside peak business, errors with take out orders also only the management has sense of customer satisfaction. Somewhere the training is seriously failing. The final straw was after placing and online order at home then driving the ten minutes to get there. I still waited for the app to update the status of my order and never got any. After 33 minutes of car after car placing and receiving orders through the line I got in myself. I STILL had to wait at the window for them to figure out where my order was. They had confirmed it but never prepared it for pickup. After checking, my burger had old inedible lettuce also had the wrong fries. Some things can be attributed to accidents. But after this long its obvious it's negligence on the whole staffs part. I rated this establishment that is located on 71 Park Pl. Covington, La 70433 a 5- Star Rating for the outstanding customer service that I received at this location. Upon entering the entrance door I was greeted by staff which I was very impressed. There was one particular staff member named Ms.Tasha that was so professional and very friendly which made me feel at home . Ms.Tasha made sure my order was correct and "Hot" & "Fresh" which I very pleased.Another staff member that went above and beyond her call of duty was Ms.Jonika which made sure my order was to my satisfaction which it was! These two staff members deserves a raise for going the extra mile for there customers.Ms.Tasha and Ms.Jonika is a valuable asset to your organization and I will continue to patronize this location. This location staff members are very professional and friendly.The lobby was very clean and presentable and so was the bathroom.
