Lady's and gents, I've done it. After all these years, I've finally done it. I've found the perfect breakfast burrito. The weight, portions, proportions, content, size, shape, price... It's all there.

I've travelled far and wide in my quest for a breakfast burrito that ascends the normal realm, into the realm of greatness. I do not want to insinuate that there is only one "perfect" breakfast burrito, but that those worthy and capable of crafting the perfect breakfast burrito are few and far between. Ev's is both worthy, and capable.

I've travelled to the southwest and beyond, trying to connect to the culture that birthed the wonderful creation we now know as the breakfast burrito. I indeed found many burritos that were of noble quality, but none had the right distribution of qualities for me to feel that my mission had been accomplished.

Little did I know I could have looked right in my own backyard.

Terrible customer experience for a first time client ----- I tried to call to obtain information as coming from Canada. The first time the gentleman picked up I advised I was calling long distance from Canada and had a few questions. He said oh yeah and then the line went dead. I thought it might be a bad line and tried back a few times only to have the phone picked up and held without response. I could hear noise so it wasn't a bad line - this isn't the way to treat a first time client nor to show hospitality for a tourist from a visiting country. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to trying the food at this establishment - fortunately many other choices in the city. Hope you have better...

I recently visited Ev's Deli during a work trip as it was highly recommended by colleagues, and I had an amazing breakfast experience! I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, peppers, onions, and homemade chipotle ranch sauce. The food came out fresh and quick, and the homemade chipotle ranch was the best I've ever had. The owner even added extra sauce on the side for free, which was a kind gesture. The burrito was so filling that I saved half of it for the next day.

The owner is incredibly friendly and personable, making the experience even better. His dedication to customer service and pride in delivering quality food is evident. I highly...
