Been coming here for a min and the vegetables are always a hit or miss as far as freshness. They dont cut the wraps all the way through. Another time I ordered through the app but also wanted pesto on the side which there was no option for so I had mybfiance order it when he got there. They mad me him wait for some funky sauce after giving out three other orders when it was JUST SAUCE that YALL didnt even make easy to order. On top of all of that today my car broke down spontaneously before I could pick uo my order so I called to cancel since the option in the app was no longer available and the jerk that answered the phone directed me back to the app for customer service when the only option isnto submit funky feedback. I called back to speak to the manager and tge SAME JERK answered the phone claiming the manager wasnt there and he was gonna contact customer service to orocess my refund for me which made no sense. Im not about to pkay these games when it comes down to money especially since I do have a BABY so I will be contacting the federal trade commission and they will point me in the right direction if they do not handle it themselves. I will be deleting the app and telling everybody about my experiences. The fact that i am a vegetarian and couldnt even get fresh vegetables is a big problem. Read moreIt’s sad that this location just opened and the customer service sucks. I accidentally ordered to their location unknowingly trying to order from veterans parkway.
The managers here advised me there’s absolutely no way to refund and that it’s my fault for not checking and my only option was to come pick up the order. They were rude & nasty in tone.
After consulting with the manager at the veterans Parkway location, I was told refunds can be processed for mistakes and it took for her to contact the store on cardinal just to get me a refund. They still initially only offered partial refund then eventually processed to entire refund.
I appreciate the other location doing what’s right for a loyal tropical cafe customer regardless of where they order from because mistakes do happen in business.
