Hands down the worst food I think I've ever had the displeasure of regretably eating. If I hadn't paid 25 bucks for the two of us, we would have walked out. I'll keep it short: Walk in, "manager" counting the drawer has headphones in. So, we go down to the kid who also has headphones in and he takes our order. Cool, so we go to sit down and some girl who works there also walks into the back and immediately says "I can't believe they fuc*g sat there" quite audibly(apparently a wet floor sign means they've closed off an entire secion of the restaurant. Noted) So, we take the hint and move(after an intense kitchen door window staredown with the headphone "manager"). The food comes out. The plating is absolutely garbage(as though done by a 4 year old) and the flavor profile isn't too far behind either. I got the Green Curry, having had and made it 10000 times before. The noodles were extremely undercooked and clumped together in bricks nearly the entire way through. There were 5 pieces of beef (weighing at most .2 oz per piece) and the proportion of noodle to vegetable and meat was easily 30-1. The potstickers were freezer burnt and my Girlfriend's "dish" sadly assumed a similar fate as mine. The best part? Their "linecook" was on the phone the entire time, not using gloves nor washing his hands after moving his phone to the other side of his head or touching his forehead to wipe away sweat. All in all, this place is terrible. For less money, you can walk literally one door down to Mt. Fuji, get a larger portion of higher quality food, that is far superior as well as peace of mind In knowing that people wash their hands and...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW 07/2022: Dang, my experience on this last visit was a stark difference from last time. Service was mediocre at best; dining area was dirty; and my salad was terrible. It pains me to write a negative review, but I don't know what was going on with that salad. Aside from being stale and wilted, something must've been wrong with the dressing... it tasted like what I imagine motor oil would taste like. I can almost always find some good in any restaurant experience, but I just couldn't this time.
PREVIOUS REVIEW 08/2021: Three words: Eric, Eric, Eric! Sadly, in customer service these days, mediocre has become acceptable. I was caught off guard on a recent visit to this Noodles location and reminded that excellent customer service is alive and well. It wasn’t just a “smile” and “thank you,” — it was above that. Eric has the gift of gab and used it both humorously and efficiently to operate the restaurant. I watched him interact with other customers and literally elevate their moods. The positive vibes in this joint were so strong that the food I was eating could have terrible and I wouldn’t have noticed. So this isn’t so much a Noodles review as it is an Eric review and I hope Noodles is fully aware of the asset they have at this location. I never expected a Top 10 lifetime customer service experience to come from a...
Read moreMy family and I decided to try this place for the first time. Upon ordering we purchased a kids meal for our 5 year old, the spaghetti, and it was served in a timely manner. However when our kiddo took her first bite she started complaining that it was too spicy. We tried it ourselves and their children’s spaghetti will light your mouth on fire it’s so spicy. We thought it was crazy to have that much spice on a kids meal and weren’t told about it previous to the purchase so we approached the cashier and let them know this and let them know our kiddo couldn’t eat it due to the amount of heat that the sauce had in it. The response we received was, “Oh really?” and then we had to order something else and pay full price for it because they don’t warn you their kids meals are ridiculously spicy. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with kids or anyone who wants sympathetic...
