Horrible. Evertime weve been here, in the last year, like the previous ladies comment hate that its the closest to our home because we love taco bell, been going there for 20 years and this place is the worst ever. There are NEVER napkins or sauces. When you ask for them after being ignored several times, you MIGHT get them, if they have them, after the person getting them finishes talking about personal issues to the other workers. Ive stood in line to order and actually waited because the MANAGER was too busy talking about personal issues to her co-workers. When you do get to order, you are treated like theyre doing YOU a favor. I have NEVER said, in my 48 years of life, felt like I was discriminated against. But I feel it here. Im white. And actually get the attitude here, "what are YOU doing in here?" I always walk in to this location, because the drive thru is a joke. I gotta tell you, tonite was it for me. The food has never been the problem. Its the ordeal you have to go thru to get it. I respect myself more than I love the food. Maybe one timebI could accept that kind of treatment. I work in fast food, same hectic environment. But this is EVERY time Ive been there for about a year now. And this was by the Manager, who it appeared was training a new employee. Thats a great example to show them how you treat customers. And after my order was taken and I asked a question, naturally waiting for the manager to finish talking about her personal life. I repeated it 3 times, and was ignored, I didnt even get a look. I know they heard me, cause the person behind them at the food prep table looked up and nodded and they had never even waited on me! The female african american manager went on to talk about more of her personal issues, talking right over me the last time. So I just shrugged my shoulders and went to wait. There was only another couple and a male there. So they werent busy either. I dont get it. Maybe some people were raised that way, I wasnt. But here, I am made very aware of being of a different race. I really want to believe that isnt it, but when you see others of the same race as the manager and co-workers treated like a paying customer, I guess its pretty clear. The more I thought about it, along with all the other times of the same treatment, I decided tonite enough was enough. So I called when I got home, to get the managers name ( I didnt have my glasses on and couldnt see the name stitched into the mgr, shirt) the female who answered the phone IDed the store, but not herself. I asked for the managers name, and was asked; "Who is this?" And not nicely either. And when I replied I would just like the managers name, I was told, they dont have to give that out???!!! Seriously???? Corporate,...
Read moreThis is one of the most pathetic Taco bells out there and I hope to God the manager who was in the store sees this or the regional or district manager sees this. I've never seen such lazy people in my life when it's not busy. Nobody in the Drive-Thru nobody in the store and maybe two orders on the screen and that's it. I've worked in the restaurant industry so I know what to look for. I told them the mountain dew was out and needed to be changed. The manager looks at me and says oh we probably just don't have any so get you something else. I don't want nothing else I don't like Pepsi I don't like Baja I don't really like Sprite or starry or whatever you all have. I like mountain dew. It takes all of 1 minute and there were two guys in there who could have changed that within one minute. Heck I would have went back there and changed it for them. I made the manager give me a refund on my drink cuz I didn't want nothing else. Then we get our food and take off and there is no forks for the fiesta cheesy potatoes, there is no napkins and then they didn't even label the food because we got two different burritos and they didn't label them which was beef and which was chicken. They are so freaking lazy in there that it...
Read moreThis location is usually dirty, with vagrants AND/OR employees lingering near the entrance, at least the employees don't hit you up for money, just the occasional cigarette. At night they usually close the dining room 5-10 minutes early. During the day, if you can find an employee without waiting at the abandoned counter and repeatedly calling for, one it's usually apparent from their attitude, what a nuisance the customers are, if the employees aren't openly rude or dismissive. If your order IS correct, it takes 2-3 times longer than at other taco bell locations; although it is often incorrect and untimely. Don't even try to modify an order! The last time I tried, it was to order a cheesy gordita crunch with a dorito shell instead of a regular one; the clerk literally walked away while I was speaking! To eventually return with another employee who showed her how to enter the order. They entered and charged for two tacos instead of the one I had ordered, yet both were different and neither were correct. I've stopped eating at this location even though it is right next door to me and I...
