We ordered from here for a family, placed our door dash order at 6:02 , got there at 7:07 they said the order was done at 6:45 and when I got there the order wasn’t done or that’s what I thought they said the wait time was 20-30 minutes for pickup, well over an hour for when we got there. They did greet me so I’ll give them that, but the lady whom I’d spoken to had star pimple patches and a black hat, I’d said the order I was there to pickup and she said it wasn’t done, I waited there until 7:30 until one of the men said the name for our order but pronounced it wrong, my order was done but the lady told me it wasn’t done because of a mispronunciation, and I told her numerous times the name of the order and I said it clear as well as how to spell it and she told me it wasn’t ready, this place is something I overhyped service wise. They even messed our order up and gave us 20 wings when we had ordered 50!...

Well the first thing I tasted was my fries and they were ice cold but the seasoning was delicious on the fries 😋 Wings were hot like they just came out of the fryer 😋 Flavor wise I had the Louisiana dry rub, lemon pepper, and mild. First two flavors delicious the mild one really didn't have any flavor. I will definitely try this again. Oh the ranch was delicious too! The staff were very helpful and patient with customers. I got to go back and try these fries again. While they're hot because that seasoning for them should be on the wings....
Read moreNatasha should take a moment and listen to the customer. Wanted to argue over a promotion that is offered on Tuesday. Just wanted what was paid for and she wanted to argue math. Left over lunch break for myself and 2 other employees. Basically said there is nothing they could do to assist. I dont normally review but just wanted to share experience of poor customer service. Wont stop me from going again but I will for sure look at complete order before leaving.
