Ok I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews, but today it is over 91° outside. I ordered pick up and arrived around 7:40pm. As I stepped inside I was immediately struck with such a suffocating heat, it felt like the air had been sucked out of me. It was not a safe environment in there. There was only one person ahead of me, so I stood in line for one minute or less. In that one minute my eyes were watering and i started to feel so nauseated from the radiating, inescapable heat. I am not complaining about this from a customer standpoint. Not at all. I was in and out of there in a matter of 5 minutes. The employees were polite and prompt and my order was exactly what I was hoping for. I am complaining about this because until the management has working AC in this location again, with outside temps over 90°, they need to temporarily close for business. Those poor employees! I can't believe they could be expected to work under such harsh and frankly unsafe conditions. I am appalled by this and I left there feeling overwhelmed with sympathy for the employees in that little tiny store with huge ovens and no ventilation and not even a fan or a breeze to relieve them. If they choose to suffer through a shift in there, they at least need hazard pay or something. I ordered from this establishment again, today, and they messed up my order again by not giving me ANY sauce when I asked for extra. That means, just cheese, toppings, and bread. Who wants a pizza like that?
I WAS a regular customer at this establishment, getting pizza sometimes up to 3 times a month, maybe more, and I was a wonderful tipper. This is the second time in a row that I have had my order messed up, and that makes me very upset. I love Pizza Hut’s pizza, and would continue eating here despite the fact that my fiancé orders pizza elsewhere and we have to pay two delivery fees. Not any more. They have broken my trust, and my stomach, and I do not like to give negative reviews.
I tried to call and talk to someone, but nobody answered and we called three times. I’m done.

Read moreI ordered ahead approx 5 hours before my pickup time. I knew it was going to be busy because it was SuperBowl Sunday. It was absolute madness in the store with at least 20 people in there waiting for food. The staff was flustered and definitely were overwhelmed with the exception of a couple of staff. The communication to your customers just was overall lacking. Pizzas would come up and go into the warmer but they wouldn't call out the name until customers asked. 2 of my pizzas were either wrong or burnt so they had to remake 2 of my pizzas. I left there approx 1 hour past my scheduled pickup time. I was extremely polite and understanding and patient just not a good overall experience. The manager that helped me (didn't catch her name) was good though and was constantly reminding the staff to remain calm and that they would get through the rush. The 2 remade pizzas were good and fresh but the other 3 were cold and hard and I had to reheat in my oven at home which was okay but not as good as just coming from...
