Got there last night, 7:50 pm, went in the front door to order, nobody would even come to the counter to take an order. Eventually, a nice young man asked if he could help me, and he started to take my order. A young girl came from the back and proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to order at the counter, only outside, which had about 25 cars waiting in line. I explained that I knew they were closing soon, so I thought I would order inside to save time, and not to keep them any longer. She was so rude, she said, no you cannot be in here, and I asked why, since people had just walked out, as I was coming in!! She again said we cannot take your order, we are short staffed and you will have to leave!! I won’t return to Arby’s’, it’s sad that your help is so rude, and I probably would have spent at least $50.00, which is what I usually spend in my normal trip to Arby’s! While you are training these young people, please remind them that we customers are the reason they have jobs! Rudeness, is never acceptable in food service! I know, because I’ve worked in the industry for years! I wanted food, not Attitude! Thank you, I hope Corporate reads...
Read moreMy family used to come here for over 20 years. I asked them to charge me $15 on my card and I'll pay the additional 1.40 in cash. She said it declined. I checked my statement in front of her and she charged me 18?! No wonder why it declined. Then she proceeded to argue with me saying that it clearly says $16.40 on the Point of sale... Like, really? Whether it's $18 or $16.40, it will decline until you charge me $15 as i have made abundantly clear, and I will pay the remaining 1.40 in cash... Also, if you stop by at this joint you will find that employees don't wear nets, don't wear gloves, and sometimes you can find them without masks.
So I went to the McDonald's up the street who had no problem with this transaction! I guess the employees are more experienced.
The owner's response when i called asking about ppe, "because it isn't required".... So who the hell knows if they even wash their hands?!
Neither my family or I will be returning to...
Read moreI have a problem with Arby's in Feasterville. My husband and I went into this establishment on a Saturday afternoon around 3:00 pm to purchase a roast beef sandwich, curly fries & a drink. My husband can not eat seeds due to a medical condition. So he requested his sandwich to be on a non-seeded bun. The wait staff looked at him like he ask for a Kaiser bun which we know they do not have. They just did not get it!! Finally, after several minutes of them being dumbfounded, I stepped up and said, please put his sandwich on two bottom halfs of a bun. I do not want to sound long winded and the point is this: they actually charged an additional $.30 for the replaced bun. In return I asked them for the original bun back!! Which they refused to give me. So I suggest when ARBY'S train their servers, they should give them a sensitivity course, on patrons, medical conditions. Shame on them. One more thing, I was charged additional $.20 for onions, on my...
