Dunkin' — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

This is an edited review but felt like it needed a redo... I have no problems when it comes to the food or drinks that I order.. The problem I have is that they have added a new speaker and a new window for drive-thru for faster service. The problem is that they have wasted every penny they have put into the drive-thru. The only positive is that it takes the traffic out of the road, but I find it pointless that they only use one speaker at a time and they haven't used the second window in at least 5 months. It's not like I put my own personal money into this drive-thru renovation, but I find it funny that they put the time and money into it only to never use the second window and barely putting the 2 speakers to use. I could only imagine how fast service would be if they put all of it...

The food is OK. Donuts are better. Coffee is very good. Staff is very friendly. The parking situation is Marginal. The traffic flow for incoming traffic to the drive-through lanes is unacceptable. Dunkin donuts management and ownership have apparently failed to address a growing safety issue regarding traffic that backs up on East 3rd street. A good traffic engineer could design a better flow plan for traffic internal to the property To address this safety problem. It is a shame that neither the township of Loyalsock or Dunkin Donut ownership has address this problem and solved it years ago. Nagging issues require Creative Minds. I got a hot tea in the drive-through. The lid wasn't "latching on" to the rim of the cup, I guess, and the first time I tried to hold it (to open the little flap on the lid and cool it off), the lid just fell off and I had scalding hot tea all over my hand and the inside of my friend's car. Complete waste of money AND it freaking hurt...

Also, is it just me and my partner or has anyone else noticed this...? All of the savory (non-sugar-laden) foods at every location in town seem to have an aftertaste of something that brings surface disinfectants to mind? Very off-putting...
