5/29/2020 I spoke with someone in management and he for right now has renewed my faith this evening and I will give them another shot.
5/29/2020 They tell me that they have their lobby open some days and then they close them the next day,they also don't have any idea of which days they'll have it open and which days they will not have it open.they got an attitude when I called in the order to pick it up through via drive-thru in order not to waste my time. The staff was incredibly rude and said yeah you can go through drive-thru no problem I stated I would like to order it be a phone so I can just go through the drive-thru and pick up my stuff and pay.they realize that after me repeating it three times which I should not have had to which means that their staff is a little slow turning on their wheels in the on the upstairs department. The staff was incredibly rude. They not only had it me my stuff but they hung up on me on me on the phone abruptly without even saying this all for your order. The staff was incredibly lazy. And I did not appreciate them slamming the window via drive-thru I found it to be quite absurd behavior I also found their attitude via phone very insulting very unprofessional I'm just all together flat-out rude.I will not be giving them anymore by business and I would encourage those that do expect a respectful visit to a restaurant not to revive them business as well. Read moreI ordered a Baja wrap with no onions. I picked it up and headed back to work. When I opened the wrapper the smell of onions was overwhelming! I called and spoke to the manager Victor and was hung up on! I called back and explained that I didn't have time to drive back and still make it back to work on time so I wanted a refund. He said that I could bring it back after work and they would refund my money. When I tried explaining to Victor that this was only the 2nd time I had been there and that the 1st time was disappointing also, he cut me off and said "I'm sorry, we are understaffed right now and trying to train new people". This is never an acceptable reason! I'm a nurse and unfortunately have worked understaffed numerous times but that was never a reason for my level of care to be subpar! I will not be wasting anymore of my time or money at this...
Read moreSuch a sad experience today three people at the time working not a single person even greeted us I brought my family to try this place because the first time we were there this past week was amazing however today was a complete let down as we stood there we were able to figure out what we wanted which took a few because for a couple of us it was the first time there still nothing from the associates when the girl finally decided to even ask us if we were ready as we were both standing at the register so I could order she then turned away from me to talk to a person that came in after we did. I decided we were better off going somewhere else at that point. I do want to say we were the only people there before the other person walked in.
