From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a great experience. The staff was incredibly inviting and knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to offer suggestions when asked. The suggestions were spot on. We started with a homemade bread that just melted in the mouth, and a little bite of a smoked salmon mousse that was given to us to try while we were looking at the menu. When we ordered, our waitress suggested the dates and ceviche. I would have never picked the dates but I am so happy I did. They were unlike any date dish I have ever had, and hit all the notes I wanted - sweet, salty, and tangy.
Then came the entrees. I had the pistachio encrusted lamb, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. My girlfriend had the duck, which had the most incredible sauce with it - a pairing that was spot on. We enjoyed every bite!
Then came time for dessert, and I couldn’t make up my mind, so we decided to have the chefs sample plate to share. I think that was the best decision. This beautifully put together plate had of some of the most delicious desserts. It had perfect portions of each giving you just enough to not be over done and leave you wanting to go back for more.

Read moreOur experience was definitely mixed. My wife and I got a reservation for 7:45, a reservation that was officially confirmed. We got there right on time and for 20 whole minutes, our. presents was never once acknowledged. When someone finally did walk up to us, they said that no tables were available, even though we had an officially confirmed reservation for a table. They sat us at the bar to basically just wait until someone finally decided to leave. I personally don't drink, so my wife just had one glass of rose and then we sat there till 8:30 before they could actually have a table ready for us. They took our order relatively quickly enough, but then we still had to wait a whole other 40 minutes until our food was actually brought out. I would just like to stress that this review is not directed towards any actual individuals who work at this place, except for this one blonde waitress who consistently walked past us and never once acknowledged our presence throughout this entire time. Our server was very considerate of our situation and gave us free appetizers, which were pretty good.
All in all, choose to go here for early dinner or very late dinner, otherwise your reservation is essentially not going...
Read moreAfter reading the reviews, I came in with high expectations here and sat at the bar for a drink. I quickly decided to have dinner as well. It was my first time visiting.
Ordered a spicy and Smokey hibiscus margarita to start and it was a great choice to begin the experience at Marco’s. Just the right amount of Smokey flavor paired with spice and it was perfect.
I asked if they had a bone in steak but they didn’t have an option for me. However, the NY strip and filet mignon were ripe for my picking. I chose the filet and I was not disappointed. The filet came covered in a delicious dressing with fresh veggies and roasted potatoes. The plate was very well presented and delectable in taste profile.
I’m not big into desert but I decided to try one and they unexpectedly offered me a trio of options to try out. I was highly impressed with them all.
The attention to detail with fresh & tantalizing selections available here are second to none. It surpassed my expectations and I can’t wait to go back to Marco’s as he was also gracious to come out to chat with me...
