McDonald's — Restaurant in Macedonia

The store was absolutely disgusting. I waited over 30 minutes for two happy meals and a fish sandwich. They were throwing things around the back, rough housing, loudly arguing and screaming. All I kept hearing were curse words (my kids heard them, too) and someone screaming "NO I DID NOT! NO I DID NOT!!" They haven't refilled anything accessible to us - the customers. Meaning, I had to ask them for a lid for my kids' cups. They pulled them out of a yellow plastic bag on the counter instead of just refilling the place where they go. I didn't even bother asking for one for mine due to how long it took to get theirs. There were no condiments. The area to get soda was covered in liquid, filth and paper towels, as well as the floor. Tables haven't been cleaned off. There were crumbs of some sort by the soda area on the counters. The floors were slippery as they have been cleaning the floor with dirty water that accumulated a greasy substance. I couldn't stand still because my feet kept slipping. I actually almost slipped walking away from the soda fountain machine. The tablet machines to make my order were inconsistent. Two didn't work at all, one worked all the way up to checking out but a cashless order issue made it impossible. I tried ordering at the counter, but they were goofing off so much they didn't even notice me. So, I tried my luck at the last kiosk and luckily it was working. Why is it though, that at every McDonald's I've been to, the receipt dispenser in these machines are empty? At least give us time to view the number on the screen before it disappears if they're not capable of dispensing a receipt. I sat there waiting for over 30 minutes for two simple unaltered happy meals and a fish sandwich and that was all because the back sound and was acting like a bunch of kids in the cafeteria in a middle school. So today at1:21 p.m our lunch time decided to go to McDonald's for lunch I ordered what I thought I wanted which was a deluxe crispy chicken meal with cheese , extra mayo, no salt fries and a diet coke with lite ice. No in telling the order take my order she answers " What ". I guess this was because I tried to explain my sandwich which was not hard but I ended up with a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo not the deluxe I stated. Part 2 my sister ordered 2 mac doubles and a medium fry. She ate her first sandwich that was fine but now the second sandwich if she would have bit into her sandwich she would have been sick. She does not eat pork and there was bacon on her sandwich we then brought it back and they fixed her another one. Another problem is when I asked the girl at the window who had on a black shirt and blonde hair did they put in our sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard in the bag she said yes there was not any sauce in our bag other than the ketchup we asked for. When a order is prepared the person who expedite the order to send it out needs to check to make sure everything is in the bag that shows on the screen. This stops all unhappy customers like myself. This McDonald's is the WORST McDonald's ever! In the 3 times I have been there, the service is ALWAYS slow. I gave the joint 3 visits because I believe you should give a place more than one opportunity to rate it fairly. Each visit was in the morning. Each visit was in a different month. But, I will never go again, even though it is in my neighborhood.

I use the drive-thru and there's an employee who always has you wait before she takes your order. Even when there is NO ONE in front of you. Today, my last time there ever, I waited while no one was in front of me but plenty of cars lined up behind me. I kept saying hello, hello and she kept say wait a minute. I finally said cars are backing up and I need to get to work! Apparently, she feels I'm there for my leisure. Then, when I finally received service, they gave me an old burned cup of coffee and a large ice tea in a medium sized cup. I didn't realize this until I got to work....which at that point it's too late....

This McDonald's needs to close it's door....
