Update 04/03/2025:
Our order was placed on the app for pickup but decided to dine in. Our order was sitting in the warmer when I walked up to the order pickup side and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence even though they walked by me many times. The cashier's customer service skills were absolutely horrible. She neither smiled or friendly with the customers. She definitely needs some work on how to be professional but friendly with customers.
The food was hot and fresh but the fountain drinks tasted flat and watered down.
Overall presentation of the dining room was clean.
December 2024: Our order was placed on the app from inside the restaurant for Dine in. It wasn't very busy inside and the drive thru had a short line. Now you would think since we placed our order on the app and bypassed the order line that our order would be prompt, that was a big NO! Unfortunately, they were more worried about the amount of time that it took to get the drive thru orders out. What is the point of having the app if you're still pushed to the side because you didn't want to order in the drive thru. I watched as my order was finally bagged even though I said dine in and the employee bagging the food just pushed it to the side without even calling the name on the receipt. After having to ask the cashier for my food we finally received our order over 15 minutes after placing the order. The hamburger was thrown together with the condiments squished out all over the paper and the french fries were unsalted. I'm not very impressed with the unprofessionalism of the restaurant. Orders ordered in house and on the app are just as important to get out in a timely manner as...
Read moreThey are not friendly at all. The female manager will argue you down about an order that she messed up. She will say she put something in the bag when she did not and when corrected she will not apologize. The female cashier that has the burgundy hair with the burgundy curly pony tail picks and chooses who she gives good customer service to, a old white man can get the best service and will be asked if he needs condiments but when I place a order right behind him, I was pushed my biscuit and had to ASK for jelly. The white female employee with the black accent is sometimes friendly but will also act like asking for condiments is also a hassle for her as well. On most days she’s pretty friendly, the only people that are consistent with good customer service is the older lady that takes the money in the drive thru and the tall black male that use to have dreads. And I wish the would stop service French toast that’s not cooked fully! They are always raw in the...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying I avoid fast food as much as possible so this review is really saying something. Classy, clean, and courteous are not words I would typically associate with fast food chains - but wow. This location was exceptionally clean, while in the restaurant all employees were actively engaged in not just surface level cleaning but in carefully making sure the restaurant looked it's best. Someone took the time to pick out decor that I would call Old Englich (think library, mahogany, book vibes). I would willingly take my lunch break here if I worked in the area. Bathrooms were equally as clean as the restaurant. The employee at the counter made a mistake on our order but caught before we even noticed and corrected if before we walked out with our food. I hope management regularly commends these employees for a...
