Ive gotten take out here quite a few times and it’s always been delicious. I moved out of town recently and was craving a cuban sandwich so when i came to visit obviously i wanted to eat here. I called and it rang for a very long time then a lady answered, i told her i wanted a cuban sandwich and an order of tamales, she said “we dont have tamales” (but its on the menu) then i told her i would call right back after i talked to my partner and figured out what we wanted to order instead. I called back in about a minute and no answer, called again, no answer, and again and again. I got a call from an unknown number in macon and i missed it, i looked up the number and it was associated with this place so i called back. He said “hello” like this was a personal phone, i said ”i had a missed call from this number,” he said “okay”, and i didn't know what to say so i went silent for a minute, like if you call someone then explain why you called, don't just say “okay”??? And then he goes “maam what do you want” in an annoyed tone and i told him I had a missed call from this number again. And then he said “oh” and hung up. Macon has rude people all over so im never surprised except this place has always had amazing service. It was always enjoyable to talk to them....

My son and I went there during lunch. There was only 5 people total, in the restaurant, 1 of them were getting food to go. 2 people was already eating, the other 2 hadn’t placed there order. So I placed our order for the fried pork, rice and beans which I specifically asked her if what I’m ordering was FRIED PORK CHUNKS. AND NOT SHREDDED PORK!! She said Yes fried pork chunks. My son ordered 3 tacos only meat and cheese. We sat down waited for our food, then all of a sudden I hear the microwave beep at least 3x on 3 separate occasions. She brings the food out and it’s exactly what I didn’t want which was shredded pork. And everything was likewarm, my son’s taco was very bland. Soon as she sat the plate down I said this isn’t what I ordered. I specifically asked for fried pork chunks and not shredded pork. She was like ooohh nooo we don’t sell that, we just have this. Instead of asking for something is just asked for a refund a to go box for my sons taco and immediately left. Bc you will not serve me food that I don’t like. Shredded pork was one. Customer service was decent, atmosphere was okay. I wouldn’t go back, praying I find a Latin restaurant in Macon to at sell fried pork chunks and not just...

The lady working was very nice. The place was quiet and other than one person who came in to pick up an order, there was no onere except the three of us, which included my 4 year old. We ordered the fried tacos and also the steak fajitas. They only had enough refried beans for one order even though both should have come with them. The fajitas portion was very small but the taste was exceptional. The fried tacos were cooked a little crispier, almost brown but were tasty. We got two entrees, one canned drink, two waters and tip tax and all spent $30.00 which was a bit more than expected, probably normal for most but we are always on a budget. Parking was behind and we walked down stairs to get inside. Decor was really cute. One restroom and you had to get a key. That may be normal for Macon Spring Street. We were from out of town and wanted to try something different. For the price we will probably try something else next time. But again, the fajitas tasted great. Maybe the best seasoned ones I...

This review is for takeout only. We ordered at the restaurant, so we did get to see the cute inside. 3 Countries is very festive! Walking in, it did not feel like we were in Georgia and we loved it! They have a few tables outside under adorable café lights. Here’s what we got: - 11. Pollo Cuban Style ($8.99): The BBQ chicken was delicious and fell off the bone. It was a little sweet like syrup, but in the best way possible. It came with rice, black beans, cooked yuca, and plantains. Out of all the sides, the rice was the best. I’ve had better plantains and the black beans and yuca were just eh. - 20. Cuban Sandwich ($7): My husband said it was amazing!! In terms of Covid, they don’t require masks. The cashier was wearing a mask, but the owner’s mask was below her nose and her family weren’t wearing masks at all. They do have tables roped off for social distancing though. Overall, the main meals were good! A lot of food for a fair price!

The Cuban sandwich was fresh but ok not anything amazing. The staff is friendly but the place is very worn out and filthy. The tablecloths are stained and dirty with sticky clear plastic over them. The chairs and doors are filthy, the plastic flowers everywhere are not only ugly but full of dust the soda dispenser was out of order the bathroom was filthy and the room you pass through has mold I developed a terrible cough from breathing the mold spores, the floors are super worn out the whole place needs to be remolded in the worse kinda of way. All the sombreros on the wall are super dusty nothing is clean absolutely nothing I felt like I needed a shower when I left there. Please clean your restaurant

This place is amazing!!! It has a very friendly and homely vibe. The staff happily explain about the different dishes they serve and recommend the Cuban Sandwich. The sandwich was amazing. I have ate many Cuban sandwiches from other Cuban restaurants, this is absolutely the best by far!!! After we received our food, a young boy about 7-8 yo came to us several times and asked us if we needed anything and if we needed a to go box. This experience was the best, and is why I love family owned restaurants. We will be back enough times that these folks here will know us on a first name basis.
