1) Delicious food and beer! Their raspberry seltzer is refreshing and tart. We had the trashcan fries and the macaroni and cheese plate. The venue is incredible with a large gameroom downstairs. We'll definitely be back! 2) Took a friend here for her birthday on Saturday and had a great lunch experience. It started off with, of course, recently-tapped craft beer. I tried the Weird Divide first, a light, crisp pilsner, and the Feelin' Myself Milkshake IPA, which might as well be called a fruit smoothie beer, it's so sweet. When I say the food came out fast, I am not kidding. It couldn't have been 5 or 10 minutes, and this was at about 1:30pm. I ordered the Mac & Cheese Plate and chose the Brisket, which was fork-tender, and thankfully was not trimmed to remove the succulent rendered fat. Add to that a crusty bark with flavorful rub, and it melts in your mouth. The house-made Beer Cheese with firm Cavatappi pasta made this macaroni & cheese dish one of the best I've had in the area. My friend loved the Smoked Chicken Patty Melt with pimento cheese and sautéed onions on Texas toast, and the seasoned waffle fries. When we asked if they had any dessert, she couldn't pass up on the Oreo Cheesecake, and I got a slice too. It was the ideal density, not too gummy, but more of a firm pudding-like consistency, and the crushed Oreo crust and topping added just the right amount of chocolate. One extra thing we noticed about Piedmont is how their service is so on point. We saw no less than five people who served us in various ways, whether it was bringing drinks or food, or taking plates and glasses away. It is a tightly-run ship and everyone seems to love their jobs. This was my second time here and they definitely do not disappoint.

Stopped through here bypassing with my brother in law as we were just out and about onna Saturday. We had immediate interest in the trash can fries when we were browsing the menu. But that was an appetizer... and the Cod plate that I was also planning to order came with waffle fries. So I asked if there was a way that I could substitute the trash can fries for the accompanied waffle fries. And there was.... so if the overload of potatoes is a concern for you.... unless you plan to split the Trash can fries with someone.... I recommend asking for that. Anyways, the plates came out and I had a generous offering of both the beer battered Cod and Trash Can Fries (both came on separate plates due to how I ordered them). The Cod was well cooked and the beer batter was a very nice consistency and golden brown. The trash can fries were stacked with bbq... and I didn't have to navigate any lumps of fat... it was just bbq goodness. Everything was hot n fresh to the table. Our waiter and waitress tended to us well at the bar. We washed our food down with Bud Light and Mich Ultra.... Sorry, I didn't partake in the unique offering of the craft beers. I like what I like in that respect. Definitely will be returning for another Saturday lunch... I didn't eat anything else all day. 10/10 must visit especially if you live in the surrounding areas.

There could be a hidden treasure here but is it worth looking for. It was supper busy at 7PM but managed to get a bar seat because of a 45 min wait. The bartender had some pleasant small talk, but was easily showing her frustration in how much work she was trying to manage. Made interacting with her uncomfortable. She forgot 1 drink I ordered then forgot another but recalled it after about 10 mins. The beers were different but enjoyable to experience. My wings were great (white bbq) and the grit fritters were good. My wife had brisket which she found hair in. The replacement meal is the over fatty piece attached as a picture. She was not happy about the hair and the replacement meal (that we still paid for w/o requesting otherwise). They even messed up her pimento Mac & cheese the first attempt. In a busy evening it's probably best to stay clear of here. Go on a slower time when their staff can focus because there is too much going bad on a busier part of the day. I would try it again but the wife has all bit written this place off. Definitely no dates here but maybe drinks with friends

While visiting my friends in Georgia they took us to this place. The place was in downtown Macon and the staff was very nice. It’s a cute little brewery and kitchen with an arcade area downstairs where you can see where they brew the beer. The food was good. I liked how they had a brunch menu and a regular menu to pick food options from during this visit. My husband had a grits plate. The grits were delicious, but the biscuits were too dry to eat. My friend had the brisket biscuit plate. They placed the brisket on top of the biscuit and then poured gravy over them. She also said she could not eat the biscuits because there was not enough gravy on them and they were very dry as well. I had the brisket Philly. That was delicious. The brewery had a very nice selection of bourbon which was surprising to us because we don’t think that when we think about breweries. Overall if I lived in the area I would be back. Especially to try other food options because the menu had many options that sounded delicious.

Service was great! We enjoyed all of our food. From the Fried Cheese Curds, BBQ chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese, and fries. All were delicious. We'd visit again the next time we're in Macon.
