I just want to say that today was a treat that can’t be beat. I walked in super hungry and shocked (not Really) on how many people was in line at 12pm for lunch. I want to give the staff at this location 10 stars because the amount of professionalism displayed today was impressive. Three things happened. One they got the line down expeditiously and with no pauses or delays. Two, they did it with a smile and you can tell they appreciate where they work. Three, they gave individual attention to each guest while simultaneously working as a team in an efficient manner. I have never seen this in any restaurant establishment ever. I want to say thank you to who trained them, created that organizational culture, and the staff for just being so high spirited. This experience was a great example how team work, makes the dream work and high performing employees need raises. Read moreI rarely give my reviews but today took the cake, I am a employee of the hospital downtown and normally I'll order online cause its quicker but today I decided to go inside usually the old staff is on-site and they are well acknowledged and attentive but not today, it was only me and a gentleman in line, he has placed his ordered two girls was maintaining the orders that I never seen before but I could tell they had no customer service skills, lacked time management and just disrespectful. They both proceed to check this man out at the register, giddy and flirting while my sub is wide open on the counter half fixed, mind you I'm on my 30min lunch break! One of the staff that was putting out chips noticed they wasn't fixing my sub and proceed to ask them " Why her sandwich is just sitting there", they was just so nonchalant about it at this point I'm upset and left the half made sandwich on the counter!! Read moreWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, from ‘Brainican’. Firstly, he’s got headphones on clearly on the phone with someone. Then, he catches an attitude with me because when my brother said he wanted this sauce and that sauce, and I didn’t say I wanted the same on my sandwich because he (the worker) didn’t acknowledge me. He tells me I should’ve said I wanted the same thing so he could do them both at the same time (make his job easier, not my job btw) and scoffs and shakes his head.
