Captain D's — Restaurant in Madison

I'm giving it 1 star because the food was good, besides that the place was a mess. I visited Captain D's at almost 2pm, there was no customers when I went in. The cashier was sitting down when I entered and I went to use restroom before ordering. Neither stall door closed with lock, paper all over floor, used band aid in sink. The place was in disarray. Next I went out to order my food. I told the cashier about the bathroom, then ordered. While waiting for my food I went into dining area to find a clean table, there was NO clean tables. I used a paper towel to wipe off my table n seat. Then another couple came in. The whole I was there noone came to clean up the dining area.when I was leaving again the cashier was sitting down on her phone again, along with another employee in a booth on her phone. I asked who and when do the tables get cleaned off. She told me at closing time. I said "this place is a mess and needs some attention". She then looked at her n put in her ear buds as I was talking to her and said to me " ma'am get out of my face"!!! This is the worst customer service experience i have encountered at a fast food restaurant. The place needs to be cleaned, remodeled due to the floor coming up in the dining area, and some customer service oriented workers. I dont know how this place is in service still. Get rid of the workers that obviously dont want to work. Will not be back to this Captain D's again and I'm spreading the word. If I could attach pictures I certainly would so, and will be speaking to the Director. Hopefully he cares because the workers certainly don't. They...

Imma give it 5 stars cause yall got great customer service skills but one main issue i have is i went in for an interview cause i need a job i was honest polite and will to work any shift fir as many hrs possible with i believe his name is levi that interviewed me he claimed he likes me for the job and that he would call me the following day no matter what needless to say i have never received the call which i don't under stand why i’m a great worker hard worker yet i didn’t receive a call to come back in imma man im not a teen age high school student no more i like streght forward right to the point type of interviews like for example if u knew u wasnt going to call me back or give me a shot tell me right then and there ir honor your word and call me back to let me know i wouldnt cry about it or get upset what i get upset with is not respecting me as a man and making me think i got the job when i didnt i even called back 2 days after he was supposed to call me but he wasn't working left a message with an employee but still nothing the key word is respect how can i respect someone that do's t respect me enough to take 2 min to call me and tell me go or no go i respect everyone plz is it to much to ask for the same thanks for hearing me again no hard feelings but moving forward next person u interview let them know yes or no fight away or call them back to let them kniw ppl if tgey have a man or women personality will respect u for ur honesty ...

I went during my lunch hour to get a quick meal but instead got stuck in fast food h3ll. I fist sat in the drive-through for 5 minutes waiting for anybody to acknowledge my presence. Instead the microphone on manager Dan Fowler’s headset was stuck open so I got to listen to him take orders from people inside. After several cars collected behind me I finally decided to park and go inside. I told Dan Fowler about the problem. He handed the headset to the guy working the drive-through and he took my order. There was no one in line when I walked in but there were a couple of people waiting on orders.

I then spent the next 20 minutes standing around waiting on my order. By this time it was somewhat busy so I let things slide, but the cars that had been behind me outside had long pull through and left, and people who had ordered well behind me inside were all sitting and eating. I finally walked up to the counter to which Dan Fowler then all of the sudden acted like he had found a to-go order just sitting next to the soda machine that just happened to be mine. I had watched that order sit there for 10 minutes and saw him check it a couple of times as he was filling other’s drink orders.

I do not plan to go back...
