I just had an order delivered, an hour and 1/2 after ordering. Apparently on the ticket that printed out there was not a floor number in our office building. Now I’m a repeat customer mind you. The driver tried calling me and I was in a meeting so couldn’t answer my phone and it was a number I didn’t recognize, a 920 area code, and like most people don’t answer if I don’t recognize. A message was never left that they were trying to deliver. I called and the manager stated he knew were I was and would send out delivery again, 20 minutes later I get a call no message but I called this one back since I was waiting and it was a local area code. The young lady was no lady at all. She preceded to tell me that this was not there issue since I didn’t provide enough information and wouldn’t answer my phone. I told her I was on the 7th floor and she said she could bring it up if I would like her to do so. Once up here she continued to tell me o was wrong and says yo me show me on my ticket where it says 7th floor. I said it shoes on my screen when I ordered I can’t help your print out. I told her she was being rude and said take your money and I walked away. Still giving her a 29% tip mind you. Very disappointing encounter with...
Read moreUsually have a good review, but not today. Ordered my food online and got a confirmation right away as usual. Got excited because they're usually really quick. Waited for 40 minutes and got worried so called to check on the status of my order. The employee said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, I turned on my oven, preparing to make food in case my food wasn't coming. Then called the store and was told the order was still on delivery, even though the website showed it hadn't left the store yet. Usually tip at least 30% because I get my order within 30 minutes, but took an hour an 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order with a bag of chips from a store 10 minutes away. Each time I called they said it was out for delivery already. Whoever was managing that night must be embarrassed.
Just posting another 1 star review. They allow you to order on their app even when they aren't delivering. You place your order, it's accepted by the store, then they call you 10 minutes later telling you they can't deliver and you need to order through a 3rd party. If you can't deliver take it off the app! Please don't waste people's time. Really disappointed and this has been going on for months at...
Read moreI ordered delivery at 2 AM and waited for about 45 mins and nothing came. They were closing at 3 so I called to check my order and nobody answered the phone. I called for about a half hour or so and still no answer. Finally at 3:15 AM someone answered their phone and said that my order was going to be another 25-30 mins. I told them to just cancel as I’ve already waited almost an hour and a half. The man on the phone didn’t even offer an apology or anything and just said “okay, I’ll cancel your order”.
The next day I woke up and it appeared they still tried to deliver my food at 4:15 AM, as I had missed calls from one of their drivers. You really think I still wanted it 2 hours and 15 mins after ordering?
I called the store the next day to confirm I was getting my money back as I was charged for this. Again no apology from the worker or no offer of any discount or such on a future order. This is horrible customer service and I will not be ordering from this place...
