The waitress was very friendly and super nice …. She really went out of her way to answer questions about the menu.. Especially since my wife has Celiac.. We ordered a Burger, Turkey Sandwich, and Fig Salad …. Salad was taking pretty long to come out, they looked busy, no big deal right? So Salad comes out with no sharing plates or Spoons, no big deal again, right? Well 1 minute later she comes out with both Entrees. Lol The Prosciutto in the Salad was great! They can probably sell the Prosciutto without the salad, that’s how good it was; maybe some mozzarella and tomato with it? Otherwise, salad was fair. The Burger was great! The Turkey sandwich was fair, the House chips were amazing!! Back to the super nice waitress… after taking our order, she was non existent. Before you knew it, she offered a Box for leftovers with check in hand. Didn’t even ask us if we wanted desert. Maybe it was shift change and she wanted us gone (3:30pm)?

Cheese curds are very good. I think they are also up there. I'm not normally a fan of ranch but this was probably one of the best I've had with curds. You can really tell that they use beer in the better though. It's not strong but you can absolutely tell it's in there. I ordered the brussel sprout salad. To preface this, I love brussel sprouts. I'll take a microwave bag to work for lunch sometimes. The brussel sprouts in this tasted very off, chemically almost. They say they are roasted as well, but there was no brown on them. I tried three sprouts but had to send it back as they just were the oddest tasting sprouts I've ever had. Then I ordered the creme brulee which was orange flavored this time. It was really good. It wasn't orange flavor and creme brulee, or like a dreamsicle, but just orange creme brulee. I would really recommend. Server was also nice and helpful.

All was excellent! From service, beginning with our excellent server, Claire, to decor. While individual tested vary, it's undeniable that the owner and chef are aiming for an elevated standard! The dishes were high-quality versions of classic pub fare: Reuben sandwich with house brined sauerkraut, turkey club with thick slices of on-site roasted turkey, and fish and chips made with generous pieces of beer battered cod and the best fries I've had lately: thin, crispy, crunchy, matchstick style. We had the pretzel and the cheese curds for starters, and both were good, the pretzel more so, with a little bit unusual breading (not batter) on the curds. Shout-out to Claire, who was super helpful with recommendations, and happened to be from our neighboring town in another state, so it was a treat to talk with her!

The Coopers Tavern is a wonderful spot to grab some Irish fare. From classics like fish and chips to a reuben sandwich, you will be satisfied. Service was attentive! Will make a point to stop and dine again.
