The Works Grill — Restaurant in Maine Township

I visited this place with my friends after a friendly ball game nearby the area. We saw this place with a bunch of customers inside, so we decided to give it a try and order some of its best sellers. They greeted us when we entered the place, and they also assist us to find a vacant table and get our orders right away. They told us that the orders will take 5-10 minutes to be served and they are right, we just waited for just a few minutes and our orders arrived exactly and on time. We’ve got some of their gyros, hotdogs, and fries, and we also request for some extra sauces and dip. They are very attentive and helpful. All of them are working so fast and you can really tell that they really love what they are doing. Great customer service! Spectacular spot! I also recommend trying their other popular offers, lots of the customers are getting some chicken noodle soup and hopefully, I can also try and order it next time I visit. It really looks amazing! All of the food here is affordable and fair. You can absolutely save a lot of money here compared to going to other food spots around the area. Their food is on point and quality. Their place is also great! The Interior was very clean, nice, neat, bright, and decent. The ambiance is awesome and relaxing. No wonder why lots of their customers keep visiting and dining in here at this place. The Works is phenomenal and definitely a gem in this area of Glenview. This place is the best! They have a huge menu and lots of variety to choose from. They have burgers, gyros, fries, beverages, and others. All of their food is quality, perfectly cooked, and made to perfection. They have so many great deals here like discounts and promos. All of their food are also affordable and reasonably priced. You will absolutely love how great their food is. Everything is great! The Works is really phenomenal. Their employees here are so kind, friendly, attentive, decent, and very accommodating. All of them are doing their job properly. They all know how to talk and treat the customers so right. They are also willing to assist the customers all the time. Very responsible and personable employees. Outstanding service. The only problem I saw was their long lines at the counter, you have to fall in line, and also wait for a few minutes before your turn. Maybe it is because lots of people really love their foods and place, many people keep coming back just to order their food, and they are really a fan of this place. That is why sometimes this place is crowded. But they are still a must visit place. I suggest to go and visit here earlier to avoid long lines. You will absolutely enjoy the whole place and also satisfy your cravings. This place is very accessible, their location is very easy to find, and they are near to other well-known places and shops around the area. The Works is exceptional! My time going to this place predates The Works, it was called The Putt Hutt, a small miniature golf course with video games and pinball machines in the back, after closing it became The Works, which happened to be next to a business called The Name is Games, after The Putt Hutt closed, The Name is Games opened next door, to be honest, I believe The Name is Games was open before The Works. I've been going to The Works since I was a kid, I lived in the neighborhood, and you could not ask for a better place to get your great food, with great service........ This tradition I believe continues today, though I rarely go there only due to where I live now compared to when I lived a block away. Whenever I have a chance though, it's definitely on my list of places to go when I'm in the old neighborhood. I always order the Gyros and I am NEVER disappointed. This has been a place to go for 46 years for myself, God willing I will be there when it's enjoying its 50th year of business, though most of the faces have changed, I believe the dedication to quality and the heart of the business remains the same.
