The cookie flavors are so creative and delicious! I love being able to try a new one every week. The cookies are huge! They sell cookie cutters and I seriously need to invest in one of them even though I usually just have a cookie all to myself. Any cookie with frosting or a topping has a perfect ratio for that specific flavor. The boston creame pie cookie is the most recent one I tried and it was so wonderful! Plenty of "pie" filling and what an amazing taste.

I have used the app every time to order cookies, although I know it is possible to order in store. I think the order ahead option is my preferred method. It is fast and all I have to do is click the "I'm here" button on the app when I walk in. The staff is so welcoming and it's usually only a minute or two before they call my name to come to the counter. I also love that they open the box to show you the cookies before you take them home. It's the little things like that which make this experience even more enjoyable.

I found this place because I noticed the sign in a plaza in North Haven, but they were not open yet. After a little search on the internet, I saw that there was this location in Manchester. We made the drive to see what this cookie restaurant was all about and have been back every week since we first tried them. I cannot wait for the location in North Haven to open!

Update: We have been getting cookies weekly. It gets a little busy on Mondays, but employees are kind, even when the wait is a little long! A bit sad they haven't done anything specific for Pride though.

Update: the novelty has worn off a bit. But I still go occasionally. Good cookies. But I think they taste better when I go a week or two...

I am deeply disappointed with the service my son and I experienced at Crumbl today July 27th at 10:30 pm. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has me so upset. My son, who has autism, went to pick up an order of 4 cookies that I had placed online. The staff packed the order in front of him, and he was told that the cookie I wanted, which had been unavailable earlier, was now available. Excitedly, he came back to the car to get my card to purchase the cookie.

When he returned with the card, he was told to wait as three other families had come in. Despite having already placed an online order and just wanting to add one cookie, my son was made to wait for 15 minutes while the other families were served. Concerned, I went inside and was told they were making the cookie. I returned to the car, expecting the wait to be short.

However, after another 20 minutes of waiting, my son returned to the car, visibly upset. Not only had they forgotten about him, but they also gave his cookies to someone else and proceeded to serve three more families before him. In the end, we had to settle for chocolate chip cookies because they had run out of the other flavors.

It was heartbreaking to see my son, who was so happy and excited, have to wait and be ignored. This experience highlights a lack of consideration and basic kindness for individuals with disabilities. It’s just sad. How can...

Brand new here in Connecticut. :) Encourage them. Show up. Be kind. :) Lots of grace for all small businesses and to us as well for showing up. :)

Of course, my teen daughter introduced our family to Crumbl cookies earlier this year. We had them shipped once. We also tried the location in Columbus and Nashville. We ordered for friends in Albuquerque and now are beyond thrilled to have one in Connecticut! :)

I stopped by at the brand new Manchester location this afternoon. It is located diagonal to the Olive Garden and bang across the new and huge Starbucks.

I was hoping to pick up one cookie of each flavor of the week as an early Christmas present. They were out of lemon and sticky bun. This is what I mean about lots of grace- a brand new business, they are figuring it out. :)

Plenty of cheerful employees. :) They were happy to swap out the chocolate chip cookie I picked for another one cheerfully and efficiently.

Crumbl cookies are fun for all. You are a super hero to your kids for taking them. :) Just be prepared at times for a wait or them to be out: this was the case at other locations as well. The service has always been very good. The cookies you will get are huge, tasty, freeze well and also travel well. :)

All in all a pleasant experience today- We will be back...

While visiting fam in CT... We stumbled right by Crumbl. I was instantly intrigued because the cookies reminded me of some pretty memorable NYC boutique cookie and bakery spots. Including the extra long line outside the door. Usually an indication that the goodies will be well worth the wait. So we joined the line and waited, not really sure what to expect. While in line we watched as the cookies were mixed and weighed in the open kitchen. Once we made it to the register we order a few options to give the the cookies an honest taste. They are fresh, big, chewy and definitely a shareable treat. Surely, too large to finish all in one shot. There were a couple that stood out more then the rest. The Milk Chocolate Chip (their original cookie) and the Snickerdoodle were my top choices of the menu for the week. The Classic Pink Sugar, made with almond flour was a present surprise. Unfortunately the Iced Oatmeal, the one I was most excited about, was a little disappointing. Overall a pretty good place to check out for a sweet tooth treat. Just A Note: The menu changes weekly and they sell a cookie cutter that aids in making sharing a little easier.
