I do not drink coffee. My husband does. He asked me to go to Dunkin and buy him a medium decaf, hot, lots of oat milk, then meet him. I went to the Dunks at 210 Deming St. in Manchester, Connecticut. I asked for the senior discount. I got the coffee and brought it to my husband. He took one drink and threw it out. It had sugar in it. I didn't ask for that. My husband is diabetic! It also was cold. I asked for hot. I asked him how much he usually pays for coffee. Since I don't drink coffee I don't know how much it costs, and I wanted to know what the senior discount was, because the drive through woman wouldn't tell me. My husband told me a number that was $2 LESS what I paid. So this drive-through woman not only added sugar, endangering my husband's health, but I was overcharged and insulted by being told I got a discount. We would have brought the coffee back but we were on our way somewhere and didn't want to turn back. The drive through woman was working at 3 p.m. on March 24, 2024. I tried calling the store to complain. Nobody picked up. So I emailed a complaint to corporate. Their robo-response said they would get back within 48 business hours. I finally got through to the store after a few days and told them I reported them to corporate and why. They offered me a refund but I didn’t trust them anymore – what if I got that horrible drive-through person again? – and I wanted corporate to answer me. More than three weeks later, corporate has not responded. They just don’t...
Read moreAt 1:58 PM on April 23, my family and I went through the drive through the girl who took our orders spoke very muffled and unclear. When we asked her to repeat herself she got an attitude. When we got to the window she hadn't taken our orders correctly despite repeating our order to her twice, we couldn't understand what she repeated back to us, from the latter instance. When we pulled up to the window she didn't get a single one of the drive k orders correctly, she walked away rudely and with oomph. The man who came to take our order was nice. When he stepped away to make our drinks, the ride woman came back and handed us one of the drinks, half handed us the second and decided it wasnt ours and took it back, despite us telling her that it's our drink. She got mad at us for HER mistake. And we had to yet still tell her we were missing a drink , she refused to give me her name, and wouldn't print us out a receipt. So needless to say, I will avoid this dunkin. The coffee orders were made ...
Read moreThe people who work here are very patient. I know this because they got my drink wrong the last three times I came here and they still remade it each time! This time, specifically, I was handed a large iced when I asked for a small cold brew. When I asked for one milk one sugar on the next round there were at least four sugars and a huge pour of milk. This is all fine, they made my drink for me again but the person's explanation was "we can't control the sugar" which just seems like absurdity to me considering the dunkin' donuts closer to me, tolland, does a fine job putting a tiny bit of sugar and a tiny bit of milk in a cup for me. Anyhow, they have okay customer service but wow there's something going on here that's just a little off as far as dunkin' donuts quality goes. In general, I am going to avoid the brand...
