I’ve been there several times because I like their products but the last two times I had an encounter with the so called owner the first time I was using my phone and maybe being loud but I couldn’t hear myself and instead of asking me nicely to put it down she walked out of the counter, came at me and said “turn that off, nobody needs to hear your conversation” then i just said excuse me because I couldn’t believe she was talking to me like that but I didn’t say anything back but today I was there again after a month and a half with my aunt I got my frozen yogurt and my aunt asked me to sit down to eat it and when I look at the chair there was dry chocolate on it and so I asked her for a wet rag so that I could clean it and she roughly grabbed the rag and “whipped” the chair but there was still chocolate on it so I told her that and she rudely responded by saying that it doesn’t come off, turned around, and went to the back so I was like yes it does, grabbed a napkin and cleaned it myself and so at this point I understand that she’s being rude and so I wait for her to come back out and ask her if shes the owner and she very rudely responded by saying yeah and so I told her that she shouldn’t be so rude and that owners usually promote good customer service and I told her that was the second time that she’s been that rude and disrespectful to me then I walked out because staying in the same place as her made me very uncomfortable this has only happened to me with her while the rest of the young lady’s that work there are very nice and polite This was in the sweet frog in manchester the one in the plaza I would hate to think this was a...
Read moreI had a very poor experience at Sweet Frog tonight. I usually stop here once a week. So tonight took me by surprise. However, I have notice that over the last 6 months the customer service experience at night has declined. For example, tonight I stopped for my regularly weekly treat. I entered the store and notice that no one was out front. I aerviced myself the yogurt and began to ealk to the register. As I walked up to pay a young lady came out from the back followed by a young man. No one greeted me nor said hello. I went up to pay and this young lady just stood at the registers, glares at me and then begins to ring up my total and never said hello. I was annoyed by now. So normally I would have just left but decided to provide her with credit card and suggested that she greet the customers at arrival or when ringing up the customer. She in returned smirked and never said anything. As a business owner I recognize the importance of good staff at a business. This situation did not reflect good customer service at all. I pray that the owner takes this review seriously and implement best practices for...
Read moreMy family (mixed) and another family (Asian, I have a point, I promise,) were in this Sweet Frog location today and were spoken to as if we were inconveniences (tone of voice, slightly curt,) by the cashier; a woman with short hair. When the grandmother of the other family asked for another spoon, the cashier made a tight lipped smile and got it for her, but as soon as the grandmother turned around, the cashier made an overly dramatic annoyed face (wide eyed, mouth hanging open to the side,) and made some kind of comment in a sarcastic tone under her breath about “I hope you don’t (something I couldn’t make out.) I figured it was maybe an off day, however when a couple (white) walked in, they did not receive the same tone from the cashier; she was all smiles and great customer service. We left, and won’t be back (which will probably be a relief to...
