Absolutely the worst store I have been in for many years. It smelled like mold or mildew when I walked in. I walked the entire store and no one greeted or asked me if I needed assistance. I finally asked someone where an item was and he told me where to look, but it was not there. After I found it on my own, I went to pay and found it was a sale item in a special basket up front. Another purchase was a pencil case that I had to clean off the dust before I purchased it. Then, I had to wait for the checker to get off her chair and cell phone to take my money. This store needs LOTS of work and new employees. Absolutely pathetic!!! I will NOT purchase from the Manhattan, KS store again.

I had to make programs for my dadā€™s memorial. The first set I ordered had a typo (my fault) on them. Adam told me he would write a note and get the new order to me the next day; the day of the memorial. Well, the next morning, they werenā€™t ready and bless his heart, Cayden was going to try his best but not sure how to print. Well, Adam came back in and printed them in plenty of time for me to make it to the memorial on time with the corrected programs! These guys were courteous and professional and went above and beyond! Thank you both so much. Truly, you saved the day!

If you want to be disappointed, then this is the store for you! Called earlier in the day, spoke with Eric. Asked about spiral binding. He did not know a lot, so he did have to place me on hold a few times to get the answer. Luckily, he did find the answers. Then I went to the store to have the social binding done, and all of those answers he found, were wrong! So I was not able to get my spiral binding done. Female staff member came to help, she was rude and didnā€™t seem to know much more than he did. He stated that his store does the sizes he told me on the phoneā€¦. His store in Kansas City, not Manhattan. So I did not get my spiral binding done. Staff members were rude. I would not support this business. Do yourself a favor and...

3/8/24 The staples staff are all stilk doing a wonderful job! My new business cards are beautiful thanks to Aly! I cant thank you all enough!

Cody and Aly have done a great job when helping me with my business projects staples has a high turnover, but it is nice to have that consistency and support from the both of them. I know it can be difficult. My prints have been beautiful, the banner Aly help me create is breathtaking, so thank you guys, youre awesome! Also, Cooper is very kind I enjoy speaking with him when I go in.

I gave staples four stars because they could have better discounts for businesses. Otherwise...
