I placed an order through the app for immediate pickup inside. My order was promised at 5:10. I arrived at 5:09. Nobody asked me if I had been helped or was waiting on an order. 5 minutes after I arrived a man walked in and placed an order at the counter for dine in. I continued waiting. The man who came in and ordered his food had his order made promptly while I continued to wait. I kindly asked the man behind the counter why the walk in order had been made before mine since my order was placed first. He ignored me and went back to work. I finally received my order at 5:33, 23 minutes after it was promised to be done. I would understand being off by a few minutes, but seeing a walk in order take priority as well as the countless drive through orders being filled makes me question the supposed benefit of using the app. Ordering and paying through the app is suppose to benefit bothe the business and me. It frees up manpower from sitting at the register, and allows me to quickly stop in to pick up my food. There should be a high priority placed on making sure orders placed on the app are filled as near to the time promised as possible, and certainly people walking in and placing orders at the counter should not receive their oder before people waiting for orders placed and paid...
Read moreWe usually go to Taco Bell in the east side of town cause it's closer to our home. Yesterday the service was quick but did not have that many people there either. Before they had only high school kids working there and they never did a very good job in taking your order and never got the orders right. I went inside to order my food and I noticed that there were older people working for a change. That was very refreshing to see for a change. I think the high school kids just ounched in and did as little as possible punch iut grab their pay checks then party time. I ordered my three Dorito taco surpreme a beef and bean burrito surpreme . There was one more thing but can't remember what it was. Anyways the guy that took my order told me that he could sell me a box and a burrito which the box had two Doritos tacos and a beef and bean burrito in it and could sell it to me for a cheaper price than they way I was ordering it. It's like sure I'll go that way. Then your drink was free. Then I got my senior discount. He was very helpful as well. The food was very good yesterday. I really do believe that if you get a little older people working in those places you do for the most part get really good service. But what I ordered yesterday the food was very good and I...
Read moreThe absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had experience with. I ordered online to pick up in the store because i’m aware of how ridiculously long this Taco Bell’s drive thru is. I showed up at 4:00pm and the lobby was already closed with a sign that said drive thru only as workers were just standing there in the lobby. So I went in the drive thru to get the food I already paid for. I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the place to order and I told her my name. They said they didn’t have any orders for that… I gave them the 4 digit code I had and they found it but the girl said “it says it’s for in store pick up, not the drive thru.” I told her their doors are locked so how was I supposed to get my food. There was no answer and she said to pull around to the windows. I waited another 25 minutes to get to the window even with people leaving the line in front of me. They had my food ready sitting there since I ordered ahead, and was sitting out so long it was very soggy. There was no communication what was going on and they just handed me my food and said nothing as I left. I work in retail, I understand things can get flustered when a rush comes in but there is a complete lack of care...
