Ordered online for this location, got an order confirmation, and showed up to be told they didn’t have my order. (Yes, I triple-checked which location I was ordering from before placing the order.) The man in charge said I should have taken a screenshot of the confirmation to prove I’d ordered it. He was abrupt and dismissive, and acted like I’d done something wrong and was inconveniencing him.
I left and picked up a meal somewhere else. An hour later, I got a phone call from the same location that my pizza was sitting there waiting for me to pick up. I reminded them that I had been in earlier and they’d told me they didn’t have an order for me. Once again, the man was belittling and accusatory, and told me I didn’t wait long enough for the system to process my online order. (20 minutes was t enough?) I suggested that he could have let me know, after I left, that the order came through, but he said there was no way for them to do that since I was already gone (as if the email and phone number I left with my online order was not sufficient).
When I told him I didn’t appreciate the way the whole thing had been handled, and that I no longer needed the pizza, his response was, “Yeah, well, you paid for it.” Not once in either of these exchanges did anyone express the slightest bit of concern for my experience or apologize for the problem, which was undeniably on their end. I’m not sure how a business stays afloat with that kind of customer service, not to mention a poor website with faulty online ordering.
Based on the other negative reviews, I’m guessing the man I dealt with is the same one who has given others an infuriating experience. Surely there are more qualified and mature people out there who could do a better job for...

I placed an order online with them through GrubHub and called 45 mins before the order was supposed to be delivered just to confirm that everything was on pace as I was having a meal delivered for a new mom.
Despite having both the delivery time and my contact information the manager told me that the food was already made and it was rockhard and blamed everything on Grubhub.
He proceeded to tell me that they hate using Grubhub and want to get rid of it as a service, which doesn't really help a customer who has already placed an order.
When trying to talk about other ways to remedy the situation he got mad and then hung up on me.
Part of being in the restaurant business is about having customer service. Instead I got a grown man that when presented with an issue over what would impact a customer decided to blame someone else and not even attempt to find a solution to problem.
