Massad's Grille — Restaurant in Mankato

I love this place but wished the mall honored it's hours. Went at 10 am for lunch waited for 30 minutes for someone who could prepare a wrap, and kept being told to wait. I feel bad for the ladies working, but was seriously disappointed in the situation.

Food is GOOD except for 1 worker who takes his job way too seriously! I work at the mall so I am a returning customer. Workers like Andy is someone who knows what customer service is all about. This other guy, brown hair, white, trys to grow weird facial hair, does the food prep....he is just an A$$ HOLE! He over charges all the time.
