I had to be in Mansfield, TX for several days so I stopped on two occasions a few days apart. I wanted something on the low end of the price scale so both times I chose a junior jumbo jack. Be warned, it comes with a huge glob of mayonnaise. I didn't see it and I wasn't told how it came or asked how I wanted it. They remade it but that ate away at my lunch break. That was my first visit. For $2.19, I was expecting something more. Still, it was less than what I would spend almost anywhere else.
My second visit two days later was better but different. I walked in and a lady was waiting at the counter for someone to acknowledge her. Another customer walked in behind me. Three of us stood there for several moments until an employee sashayed to the counter from behind us. I ordered the jr jumbo jack again specifying no mayo. After we were all taken care of the other customers left. I was waiting for my order and realized the sashaying employee had been sitting in a booth by the window staring at his phone. It made me wonder, was he sitting there eating or looking at his phone while the three of us waited at the register for assistance? This was the second fast food place I had been to within 4 days where employees sat in the dining room between customers. The other was a Jack in the box off 287. When did things go so relaxed? Read moreI am appalled by the horrendous disrespect we were shown this evening. After I got off at a long shift at work at around 11:30 PM on 4/27/25, my mother and I decided to stop by this Jack in the Box because we were hungry. We got a fairly large order for us and other family members at home. While our order was being taken, Shaquai was taking our order and was mumbling under her breath, and my mom was trying to make sure that the water we ordered was heard by her because it wasn’t on the screen. Instead of simply saying “yes ma’am,” she decided to say “I know” in the most condescending, passive-aggresive tone I’ve ever heard. When we went to pick up our order, she proceeded to drop our change because she was in such a hurry, and when she asked my mother if she’d like a drink holder and my mom politely said “yes, if you have one,” she then replied with “That’s why I asked” and shut the window in her face. They then proceed to give us the wrong order of fries. Had the inside of the restaurant not been closed, I would’ve gone in and told a manager about all of this. The burgers barley consisted of any condiments. Gave me a dry burger to choke on. Waited in line for a meal that was half put together. Called the store no one answered .
