Arby's — Restaurant in Maple Grove

Everything is usually pretty good from here. Service is good as well. Writing this review based on a recent experience. Went in to try the new BLT (which comes with mayo) but they had put dijon mustard on it. I went back through. They happily made me a new one and the guy in charge gave me a free shake for the wait. They didn't even ask me to give them back the original sandwich with the mistake. It's super off putting when a fast food joint makes you give back something they got wrong, you know they're just going to throw it away, and if it's something that is still edible just let them keep it.

So I very much appreciate that they didn't make me fork over food just to be thrown away, and the free shake was very nice of them. Handled very well.

And the BLT was DELICIOUS by the way (with mayo, it was not good with mustard). 8/10 would buy again, a little spending for a BLT though or else it...

Arby's you need to STOP sending customers in the drive thru to the next window. It does absolutely no good. People next in line still have to back up to leave or sit and wait if they cant back up anyhow!!! The window is not far enough forward. Please just remove it and send people to the front if their food will take longer. Several times now I have had customers behind me get pissed at ME because I was in the way. One older guy flipped me off just last week. I am so sick of this and refuse to move forward if asked to. Just ridiculous. Yesterday I was asked to move forward for no reason. I went through the drive thru and ordered some basic items. It took about as normal of time as any other drive thru but one of the sliders was incorrect after receiving the food. As I pulled around and was stepping out of my car to go inside and get it corrected, the manager was just pulling into the parking lot and asked me if anything was wrong with my order. I explained to him it was just the wrong slider and no big deal but he insisted on correcting the order. He took my receipt and had the whole order remade and brought it back out to me shortly after.
