There was no other patron there today at 5:30 pm so after waiting a bit not knowing where curbside pick up was I went to the drive through but they didn't know about my online order. Food was made quick but a bit cool.
Update, noticed someone pull up in front of my car, I asked, the window worker said to just pull up to the window when I've placed an online order. So I did that a number of times and was treated politely and promptly. Until last week. After 10 minutes in line, an older woman refused to serve me and wouldn't let anyone else help me. They seemed scared of her. And yes I did cut in front of one person who was at the speaker ordering. No one else was in line after them until i drove up behind 3 cars who had orders that took forever. When i got to the window she said I had to go to the back of the line. I was courteous the whole time and apologized asking if I could get service this time and I'll never pull up to the window without using the speaker first. She said no and pointed to the other side of the building towards the end of the line. I just smiled and said I'm not doing that. Slight pause, silence, drove away. I was willing to lose out on trying the big delicious whatever and some sea salted fries and my money. 2 stars because it was refunded the next day...
Read moreTonight around 11:45pm I was trying to pick up a Doordash order. I arrive and the order was picked up by someone else. That's not the employees fault. The problem - I call Doordash support and they submit a redelivery/reorder to Wendy's. Awesome. I pull around the drive thru again, the employee again says they don't have any order for my given customer name. I explain the DD just resent the order they should. Im told no. I call DoorDash support again and DoorDash tries to contact the employees while I'm hold for over 7 minutes. The employees are telling me that no one is calling. Eventually I am talking to the employee and Doordash support at the same time to confirm that they are trying to connect. The employees finally answer and just refuse to make the order and it was force canceled. All in all, nearly 30 minutes wasted and they weren't even busy. The redelivery order was paid for, by Doordash. I don't see why making the order...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this location. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a #8 with a sweet potato. The manager asked, “anything else?” and before we could finish, she cut off the order, quoted a total, and left for more than five minutes. When she came back, our order was completely messed up, which delayed us even more. When we finally got our food, we checked the bag and noticed the sweet potato was missing. I went inside and had to explain several times that the order was wrong. My dad also came in and repeated it multiple times. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, they ended up charging us again for the potato—wasting even more of our time. The food itself was mediocre, but the biggest issue was the poor customer service and disorganization. The manager especially made the experience frustrating...
