I made the biggest mistake ordering from this restaurant. The owner has absolutely no concern for the safety of the food that he puts out to his customers. I made an order through Uber Eats Not only was I missing half my order but the order I did get had plastic in the salad and the salad itself there were pieces of black lettuce and mushy tomato and black carrots on top of that the grilled chicken was not cooked it was half Raw. I called the owner and I let him know and he told me to call ubereats he said that when you order through them that he's not responsible for the food. I find that interesting considering he is the one that prepared it his restaurant. So I asked him again are you sure that you are not responsible for plastic being in food missing items and most importantly safety issues for raw meat... And again he just kept repeating call ubereats call ubereats. I highly suggest if you don't want to end up sick in the hospital or your child choking on plastic or whatever you may find in your food that you do not purchase anything from this restaurant ever. I will definitely never return. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Health Department regarding the food safety issues I had today. Read morePlaced a mobile order yesterday at 12:15pm. Got to the restaurant to find signs on the door saying they were closed for the day. I was stuck with no order and no way to get a refund. Called the store this morning at 10:45am and asked to speak with the manager. When she got on I explained that I had a mobile order yesterday but they were closed when I came by to get it. I asked for a refund or to get what I ordered today. She said only the owner could give a refund that as a manager she could not open the register and the owner was not in. I asked if I could get the blizzard I ordered yesterday instead as I have my reciept. She asked for my name and could clearly see that I placed an order yesterday. She at first said no but then said I could come get the order after a couple hours because she was putting the machine back together. I enjoyed ordering from this location as it was easy to place a mobile order and hit the drive thru but after I pick up my replacement order today I will no longer be going to this location. Like what for?
