While I love Wendy's burgers... This is definitely NOT the location to go to if you actually want "fast" food or good customer service. I have been to this location 3 times and every time I went I had to wait a long time to order and to get my food even the time when they weren't busy. Yesterday I went for lunch... You would think they would be prepared for the lunch rush between 12-2pm... But they weren't and to be honest I couldn't even call it a rush. There were 2 people ahead of me and only 1 person working the front... By the time I finally ordered there was a long line of people behind me. 1 person on a register wouldn't be bad if they were quick and efficient but they weren't. They left a burger off the order of the 1st of the 2 people in front of me... Then the other person in front of me had to repeat his order numerous times... Then I had to wait to even place my order because despite the numerous people that were running in the back the only person working a register at the front had to stop to fill the orders of the 2 people in front of me and deal with the order they rang up wrong. They also rang my order up wrong but I didn't take time to get it corrected because I had already used most of my lunch just waiting to order. My order should have been a burger and a large drink but she only rang up the burger... So I never paid for or got the drink I wanted. Then I had to wait for her to finally get through taking another couple of orders before she finally had enough time to grab my burger that sat to the side for several minutes because none of the other employees could be bothered to put it in a bag and hand it to me. The manager on duty came out to whisper something to her for a minute or to but despite the long line they couldn't be bothered to help the poor lady up front on the register and promptly disappeared to the back after she finished her comment to the lady running the register... Final tips... Only go here if you are NOT in a hurry and make sure to check your order before you leave as it is likely wrong/incomplete... I gave it 3 stars because despite the service issues the...
Read moreI love Wendy's but unfortunately this is the closest one to my work.. The drive through service has been horrible for years now. You cant ever understand the people they chose to put on the mic and 9 times out of 10 they are pretty rude... To the point where you feel like you're bothering them to make your order... When both widows where running the girl who I always got at the first window wouldnt even look at you or respond after saying "thank you, or have a nice day." Then my orders are wrong 50% of the time and if it was right they would always forget straws, spons, or the condiments that where asked for. Today I met my girlfriend there for lunch. She had already gotten her food but they forgot her straw and condiments.. So she hopped in my car and drove around with me while I ordered. The girl taking my order asked me "is that all" as soon as I said the first thing I ordered as I was mid sentence telling her the rest.. Might as well have interrupted me while I finished the rest of the order asking "is that all" again.. Then once I got my food I asked for another straw since my girlfriend didnt get hers with her order. The manager who had bagged the food for her basically got mad at her when she went to get another straw saying "theirs already one in the bag!"... I realize this is fast food restaurant so their arent exactly standards.... This one particular location has always been a joke though. I walked into this location which was understaffed and waited approximately 20 minutes, which wasn't even a big deal because I completely understand most places these days are understaffed but that wasn't even the problem. I proceeded to place my order which consisted of two burgers and ONE small fry, but Bryan whom I'm assuming was the manager, charged me for two fries, I then stated it was only one and I was very polite, he then reached in his pocket and threw $2.00 at me on the counter and this was beyond rude and inappropriate and not even the correct amount. After I told Bryan it was 2.69, he started yelling at me that he's giving me a fry, and I'm like, "Well I paid for that fry so you just owe me .69, he then very rudely went to the register and threw another 1.00 at me. I finally retrieved my order and left. The food was garbage and wasn't even worth the hassle or humiliation. Bryan if you're the manager, since you're dressed in jeans and look raunchy, rude, disrespectful to your PAYING customers, you should hold yourself to a higher esteem and do better and if you can't you should quit or be FIRED.
