We entered the restaurant at app 706pm. We were seated at 717. At 737 we had to ask for a waitress and a manager. No manager came. Waitress took drink and food order and walked away at 740. At 745 we saw 2 tables of people who came in after us get served their food. We spoke up again at 803pm asking about the status of our sampler and 6pc wings. We were told they were waiting on wings. At 810pm we asked for the seater to please bring the manager and she finally arrived. She shrugged off our anger as we told her we would be leaving and she hurried to go check on our food as we were preparing to go. She came rushing out with our food which had a warm, shriveled up salad, room temp macaroni, a platter and my wings which were fresh hot. The female manager was very dismissive of us. She offered us a complimentary 15% discount which was $6.51 off the $43 bill, they charged us for the dressing for the salad we ordered x2 and for the sauce for the wings. I think that's odd since dressing on a salad is presumed. We waited 1 hour for food and didn't offer anything besides 15% as we watched 2 other groups get up and leave amid our waiting process to even place an order. The waitress took the order and never came back. The manager was very offputting and wanted to joke with us to dismiss the evident issue we were having. We will not return. First time in and complete disgusted by the employees behavior. We were quiet and polite and sitting in the group of booths where other people were coming and going. Read moreNot great for our first experience. Both my husband and I ordered burgers and asked for "no pink". Food didn't take too long to be brought out, but we found both of our burgers were basically raw inside. They had been cut almost completely in half, as though the cook had tried to check to see that they were done, but then only left them on the grill long enough to cook the outside. After waiting for quite some time for our server to check on us, I expressed concern over how poorly our food was cooked. I ended up asking for a different burger from the menu. Our server mentioned that she had just received a similar complaint from another table and apologized. She took our plates and agreed to take both burgers off our check. Not too long after that, she brought my new burger and waited to ensure it was cooked through. She did not have a plate for my husband and I assumed she was going back to the kitchen to get it. After quite some time, I had to flag down another server and ask her to let ours know we needed her. After quite some time again, our server came out to help another table and was surprised when I flagged her down. She was confused when we asked if they were going to remake my husband's food, but agreed to have it remade. At this point I was already finished eating. Although our first plates and my new plate took very little time to be brought out, my husband's plate then took a significantly longer amount of time, to the point where we had to have it put in a carryout container. I am a general sales manager for a Harly-davidson dealership and understand the importance of customer service. After working all day was looking forward to sitting down at my favorite restaurant and having dinner. My wife and I came in and were seated immediately. After 25 minutes no one came to take our drink order. Keep in mind the place was very empty. Finally we got up to leave. As we were leaving we looked over and saw at least 4 waitresses standing talking and laughing. No one said anything just looked at us? My wife said "thanks" the just rolled their eyes as we walked out! I turned around, went back in and asked to speak to the manager. A woman approached us saying she was the manager. I explained what had happened and she said "ok" I then asked for a phone number of the general manager or owner. She dissapeared in the back for 7 minutes then finally appeared with a piece of paper that had the name Mark with a phone number.
