Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Maryland

We arrived at this Brusters (family of 5 with 3 small kids) at ten of nine. (10 min before closing) The staff took the order of the family in front of us gave them their order and preceded to lower their window. 5 min until closing time and we’re still waiting to be waited on. All lights on, All staff clearly see us but trying to avoid eye contact. At 9:02 I ring the bell, questioning why we were never waited on. The girl grind and smirked as a younger gentleman came out and explained they were now closed. Not only did they not wait on us when we arrived BEFORE closing time but they blatantly ignored us until after closing time. Not one even had the decency to come to the window and say a word. If your NOT going to do you job and wait on the people in line before closing time then at least have the courtesy to tell them. Instead you leave three young kids anxiously awaiting for ice cream they won’t get, as you stand in the back and giggle and laugh about it. These staff need a lesson in customer service and...

*Updated..odd estaishment. No one answers a phone and lights outside off until it's really dark,looking like it's not open... Been back and got butter Pecan and chocolate peanut and another cup of chocolate swirl coconut and eclair. Bith very good.Doesnt look like much but it's not too badly priced and their product is very filling and creamy with high fat content. Looking forward to another treat soon!... Got two cones to go today 9/12/2020 with buy on get one coupon. The apple pie flavor was very nice,the New York Cheesecake was sweet cream and you would never guess...

As vegans we were excited to see they advertise 14 different oat milk non dairy flavors🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱. The oat milk non dairy version of cookies and cream was very good. They also have a mint chocolate oat milk version. The staff was very kind. The prices seem reasonable as pictured we opted for the cookies and cream oat milk. Again it was very good however we were disappointed that there were only 2 vegan friendly flavors as opposed to the advertised number of flavors. So We certainly will visit again however i only gave 3 stars due to the lack of choices....
