Not all Einstein Bagels are the same. This location was disappointing. There was barely any Everything seasoning topping it. At another location the seasoning was on both sides but not here. And you are charged an additional $1.99 for cream cheese which is enough to purchase a container of plain cream cheese and they barely put any on my bagel. This one is the closest to my home (1.5 hours). I was so looking forward to having this bagel. What a let down.

This bagel was purchased 30 minutes ago. I don’t normally inspect the bagels because I am a consistent customer. The lettuce was unfortunately very wilted and an hour away from being totally rotten. It’s one thing if the lettuce was a small portion of the bagel, but it’s a vegetable medley bagel - the lettuce is half the portion. This could be easily fixed if the server took more than 2 seconds to look at it. I hope this is a one off incidence.

I took the opportunity to visit the Annapolis MD location on 12/20 , approximately 9:00 am. I was surprised to see one of your food prep folks wearing a "doo-rag" on his head behind the counter. This type.of product is generally worn on their heads by African Americans when they are sleeping, not out in public. You may see this in very urban areas of the ghetto but generally not at a retail establishment.

The 3 stars are for excellent coffee and consistent food. Everything else sucked and gets no stars. My first review: Food is consistently good. Coffee is excellent. Customer service is 'Meh and always slow.

My 2nd visit: Coffee is excellent. I received a order that was SIMILAR TO what I ordered but definitely not what I ordered; I almost was going to eat it anyway but went up to address it. I was told "it'd just take a minute" to make the right order, so I told them 'thanks, sure!' I was then refunded for what they served me but then CHARGED for the fixed/correct order, which shocked me! It's been 15 minutes and I have yet to receive the fixed order..was just told they are now out of the kind of bagels I had come in to order..they're teetering on the edge of losing my business completely! I told them so...

I have eaten here before with no issue. However, I attempted to order on the app this morning and received an order confirmation, as well as funds removed from my bank account. When I got to the location, I was told they didn't have my order in their system so they wouldn't give me the food without paying a second time. I showed the cashier my confirmation, verified it was the correct store, showed her the funds removed, and she still refused to serve me without me paying again. She told me that if I found out I was double charged, she'd refund me, but after showing her I'd already been charged once I didnt trust Id get my money back if I tried it a second...

These people have a hard time communicating the most simple thing. I asked for a regular iced coffee because the gentleman told me that was the size for the bigger cup. Common sense would have told you to inform the customer there’s only 2 sizes; small and large, if everyone doesn’t follow the same guidelines. I wait for my drink to only find out she made me a small coffee drink. I was in a hurry so I had no time to wait for them to remake it.
