I went to this establishment twice in one week and my order got messed up both times. The manager did correct the problem but by the second visit and the minor mistake again I just let it go. This location is located on a busy street with limited parking and wrecks occur frequently near this location. The staff constantly looks stressed out and overworked and I’m not sure if customer service is their strong point given the limited staff. I am giving two stars because they did correct the mistake with my order and they did seem at least apologetic for the mistake but a few things just rubbed me the wrong way. I think they need more space in this location and more employees for this establishment to get better. I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular location unless you had 30-35 minutes of free time to spare because they wait can be long given the circumstances I just detailed earlier or I would Just call in prior before ordering. Overall they have limited free peanuts and they did get stingy with their servings for fries. If you do visit this location check your bag before leaving this location. I did notice that some of the workers were not changing their gloves frequently while touching a variety of objects and then continuing to prepare food. I did not see any of the men wearing any hair nets so I’m not sure what’s the standard when it comes to their safe handling of food and those practices. This is not the first time I've come in here to pick up an order and everyone acts like I'm invisible. Clearly they know how to acknowledge their customers because they had no problem immediately acknowledging the man who came in right after me got his fries prepared and he was out the door. We ordered customized Bacon Double Cheeseburgers (med) and a lg fry ... the order was preparded as ordered...so many fries I was astounded...when it was served I thought I was in heaven as I have not had restaurant prepared burger prepared perfectly in the last 34 years yet alone had any burger for the last 3 years.
I want to thank you all for a perfect hamburger experience as it truely made what usually is a very painful day into a moment of happiness...Again thank you...
As for the poor customer service reviews....after reading through most all of them...maybe weekly mtgs with staff focusing on customers and employee behavior however not my business should...
