Giant-Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

I came in on 7/28/25 around 3:30 - 4:30pm. Ty took care of me beyond the call of duty. I got two drinks and he noticed I had some mobility issues and made it really easy for me to carry both drinks with one hand. He insisted on making it easier for me to carry. So, he cut up a drink carrier tray in half and put my drinks in one of them then put them in a Starbucks bag (just like they do for delivery drivers) So, that I could easily carry both drinks just by holding the bag with one hand. He went above and beyond with a great personality and just was so sweet! I wish more people that work with customers had that kind of customer service, kindness and empathy. I've never had this level of customer care from a Starbucks worker in my life and I'm a frequent visitor. Thank you again so much, Ty! Im not sure of her name but a woman that was working at 7:50 pm on July 5th , 2025 completly made my day so much better with her softness, care, and sympathized with my bad day. She was very sweet as well so I hope this helps whomever see...
