MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

This is our first experience at the new Mod in Glen Burnie and this will be our last. We were excited to see a location closer to our house but it was disappointing because we didn't get the service we are used to. While at the first stop picking out crust/cheese/sauce the girl who was supposed to be helping me just have me an attitude the whole time. I asked for her to go easy on the sauce and she dumped it on. I told her it's too much for me and she said "it's really not". I told her "it really IS too much" so she rolled her eyes at me and tossed the pan with the crust on it behind her. I dont understand why she was so offended since I'M the one whose eating it. If people cant even make a simple request such as the amount of sauce that goes on their pizza then why do we bother to personalize our order?? The short girl with the glasses who made our food was enough to stear me clear of this location. We'll go to Severna Park from now on. Everyone else was great to us but this is the first employee that we encountered here and she shouldn't be working...

Never ordering from this place again! As a first time customer I ordered online. I ordered a non dairy cheese pizza with a few extra topping, a thicker crust Mad Dog and a garlic bread and physically added the free first time customer reward of a No Name cake. The free reward never attached, the Mad Dog had the thin crust and not the more expensive thicker crust and didn't deliver the second pizza. Called the number which is a third party, and not the store, but they were great. They sent out new replacements they said, but it took over 30 mins from a place that's 0.5 miles from me. Turns out they use DoorDash, which is usually a problem all in itself. It was stone cold! Also, I finally got the non dairy pizza that was missing from the first order, but then they sent a second cheesy bread instead of the corrected Mad Dog pizza! The customer service person refunded the two pizzas, BUT I'm never buying anything from this place again. Door Dash and this place just lost a brand...

I placed an order for Mod for the first time on March 18th. When I walked in, I saw two ladies behind the counter working diligently to get orders fulfilled. I believe Gabby was assembling pizzas as they were ordered, while Jayla was taking care of the oven, the salad bar, the customers, and everything else.

I think these ladies did an impressive job of running an entire store between just the two of them during a lunch rush. Because of all the time-sensitive tasks on her hands, Jayla hadn't even started my salads yet. So I had to wait a little bit, but it is totally not her fault.

On the contrary, I was under the impression that she was doing the work of at least two people. I imagine someone called out that day and left these two hard workers short-handed.
