"I had an exceptional experience at the Glen Burnie QDOBA, largely thanks to the outstanding store manager, Claudia. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. Claudia's attention to detail and genuine care for both her staff and customers was evident. She ensured that the restaurant was clean and well-organized, and she took the time to personally check in with diners, making sure everyone was satisfied with their meals.

What truly impressed me was Claudia's proactive approach to customer service. When there was a slight mix-up with my order, she immediately stepped in to resolve the issue with a smile and a sincere apology. Her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right were truly commendable. It's rare to find a manager who is so hands-on and dedicated to creating a positive dining experience.

The food was delicious, as always, but it was Claudia's exceptional leadership that made this visit stand out. She has clearly fostered a team that is passionate about providing excellent service, and her enthusiasm is contagious. I ordered today via the app and have 2 times before, recently. I ordered the same menu items including 2 bowls with double protein. The first online order was made with double protein and very delicious and fresh as to why I ordered again and I was shocked there was barely any protein at all! I thought maybe it was a off day and gave it another chance this evening. Ordered bowls all Witt double protein ( chicken) with chips salsa etc. There was maybe 6 pieces of chicken on each bowl Again!! This wouldn’t be sufficient for even a child. Also as I ordered & on the receipt for x lettuce and x Cilantro but there was NO lettuce, or Cilantro at all. This was beyond a disappointment for the 2nd time and ruined what our dinner should have been and paid for double for all the bowls. The bowl with maybe 6 pieces of chicken, no lettuce or cilantro I did not even eat! What a waste of money and what could have been a delicious meal as their food always is. I have chosen Qdoba over Chipolte for the past year because the quality of the food. I guess you must Check your food while picking up your orders. Usually this location is pretty good with the food, however, today they rice was hard. I always get brown rice. I got back to work and started eating and was experiencing a a hard texture in every bite and with all the ingredients I had in my bowl, none of them are hard in texture. I found out it was the rice. The rice was really undercooked, pretty much soft outside, hard inside.

I called and the staff were aware and I was told I could bring my bowl in and get what I got with white rice. I agreed and went back and got another bowl, but the white rice had some grains mixed in that are still undercooked and to too it off the taste of the white rice in the bowl is not as great as the taste with brown rice!!! Took a big L today and I knew I should’ve packed my lunch.

Will I return? I believe so, but I will definitely eat some of my rice before heading...
