visited this Chipotle around 9:30 PM, well before their 11:00 PM closing time. I was the only customer in line, with just four other people dining in. Despite multiple staff members being present, including three young ladies working on what looked like DoorDash orders and another breaking down the cold station, not a single person acknowledged me for several minutes. After standing there with no greeting, no eye contact, and no sense of urgency, I became so frustrated I initially walked out. I turned back around to ask who the manager was, and the team silently pointed to a young man who had his head down, glued to his phone. When I asked him if he was the manager and for his name, he told me he was indeed the manager but refused to give me his name. When I asked again, he stated he’d give me another manager’s name—but then simply walked away without saying anything more. To make matters worse, the restaurant was visibly dirty. The drink station was a mess, utensils were scattered, and the dining area had food scraps on the floor and uncleaned tables, as shown in my photos. Honestly, if I were a health inspector or a mystery shopper, this location would be in serious trouble. The experience was disappointing on every level — poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness. I left without ordering and will not be returning. Management at this location clearly needs training, oversight, and accountability.

If I could give them NO STARS, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered two bowls, a tortilla, and a bag of chips and went to go pick them up, we opened the bowls up and noticed the order was completely messed up. They put sour cream in his bowl which he did not put anywhere in his order that he wanted sour cream which he is allergic to. As well as they did not put extra rice that he asked for. We went back to the Chipotle to let them know and see if we could get it fixed. The “manager” came to talk to us and asked what we needed help with and keep in mind the so called manager wasn’t even dressed in the chipotle uniform and looked like any other customer, we explain the situation and he proceeded to shut us down and told us he would not fix it and that we could just call customer service. They were not busy at all, half of the employees were sitting at the tables eating, the other half was behind the counter listening to music very loudly, and could’ve easily fixed it but instead he was rude and basically brushed us off. We called the customer service line and all they did was give us rewards and didn’t offer to refund the money since we couldn’t eat the dinner we ordered, therefore now leaving us with no dinner. We instead went to chick fil a and we do not see ourselves coming back to this chipotle in the future.

So today, I wandered up to Chipotle, one of my favorite fast food places today and was surprised like many others thaaaaaaat..... Chipotle’s parking lot and restaurant was virtually empty. I soon found out why. Chipotle has now made the switch to contactless orders. So like others. I quickly made a U-Turn to download the app and place my order. Here are my observations about this new change, PLUSSES are - 1. The elimination of waiting lines - there is zero to no wait. 2. Orders are lined up on the shelf waiting and ready. 3. Lots of parking spaces because of the elimination of the lines. 4.The addition of delicious cauliflower rice. MINUSES - 1. Loss of personalization. For example, no one smiled or said hello or may I help you. Not one of the five persons there. 2. The elimination of chips on the new app menu. (That could change.) 3. Quite a few customers turned away and went somewhere else bcs they didn’t want to have to download the app. 4. The app took long to load and place order. Some places on the menu it did not explain error codes. Have you tried it yet? What do you think? Feedback, please.

I wanted to take a minute and write to you about your customer service at the above establishment. I first walked in and observed all the tables had food all over them where they had not been wiped down. I got up to the counter to place my order and the gentlemen in front of me had been waiting for queso for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous!! I went to place my order and there was no chicken available. I didn't even ask and just got steak because the cashier was yelling at the employees about not having queso sauce. Very unprofessional. The guacamole was brown from sitting in the tin, NO THANK YOU!! I then completed my order and got up to the cashier she basically bagged my bowl threw a cup in there and swiped my card and never said a word, no greeting no, nothing. Again very unprofessional. I sit down and start to eat my meal and the steak is cold and has not been fully cooked. At that point a did not say a word I packed my bowl up and in the garbage it went. All the while the cashier is still yelling at the back employees for queso sauce. When I went to throw my uncooked meal away the trash cans stunk and were all full. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. I will never be back to this establishment, I have been to almost every Chipotle in the state of Maryland and never seen anything this bad. I understand why there was barely a line no one wants to eat there. People were complaining walking out the door. Every Chipotle I've ever been to has had a line to the back of the restaurant, not this one. Hands down some of the poorest management I've seen at a restaurant and this is...

I've never witnessed a manager (Luce) informing a crew member to relay to a (present) returning applicant showing up for their interview on time. That an interview won't be necessary and they'll email you if you got the job.

Sidenote: It was so obvious/weird that the associate was uncomfortable and embarrassed. That's not his job and he was actually a nice person who shouldn't feel compelled/forced to relay discriminatory statements since he was the only one who didn't avoid eye contact and actually spoke to me like a DECENT, RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL individual, unlike that so-called practical joke of a mascot they call manager or Luce.

Meanwhile, keep in mind the individual wasn't even allowed to interview because she canceled the interview on the spot due to the individual not being Hispanic but black and that could throw off the atmosphere they've worked so hard to establish.

Just because my name sounds Hispanic doesn't mean I am, this location has terrible reviews, and apparently, the way they treat, see, and perceive some people is worse.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (U.S.)

Retaliation or Misuse of Authority Asking a crew member to communicate this could also be a form of improper delegation or inappropriate pressure, especially if the manager is trying to avoid accountability.

Service&Atmosphere isn't great, far from good, mediocre would be a compliment. So plain just bad.

Walked in just to be told to leave, felt no need to stick around to make...

I am a huge fan of Chipotle and have traveled to Arundel Mills and Gambrills to get a delicious Chipotle meal. You can imagine my excitement when my 15-20 minutes travel time shortened to 5! I was so happy to see a Chipotle being built in Glen Burnie!

Man, imagine my disappointment with the service. I have given this location three chances to improve and kept giving it excuses: "It's new!" "The staff is new." "Maybe they just don't know any better." Nope, not today.

This time the customer service sucked. While the first line employee was friendly, she was too concerned with her coworker making a to-go-meal to listen to my two meals. She moved on so quickly without starting my kids meal that I had to interrupt the person behind me from starting her order.

Then, the second line employee was quick but once again my kids meal was ignored until I mentioned it again.

Finally, at the register, the young ladies were clearly not focused on the customers and were busy playing around with each other. I asked for a side of guacamole and they were chatting so much that the cashier didn't ring me up for it. So I had to pay for it separately and was given a negative attitude because I wanted to pay for the guacamole in cash instead of my card. If my guacamole was attached to my original order, it would have been paid together.

Come on Glen Burnie location....you HAVE to do better. However, I won't be visiting this location again. I'd rather deal with the 20 minute commute...
