I wanted to take a minute and write to you about your customer service at the above establishment. I first walked in and observed all the tables had food all over them where they had not been wiped down. I got up to the counter to place my order and the gentlemen in front of me had been waiting for queso for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous!! I went to place my order and there was no chicken available. I didn't even ask and just got steak because the cashier was yelling at the employees about not having queso sauce. Very unprofessional. The guacamole was brown from sitting in the tin, NO THANK YOU!! I then completed my order and got up to the cashier she basically bagged my bowl threw a cup in there and swiped my card and never said a word, no greeting no, nothing. Again very unprofessional. I sit down and start to eat my meal and the steak is cold and has not been fully cooked. At that point a did not say a word I packed my bowl up and in the garbage it went. All the while the cashier is still yelling at the back employees for queso sauce. When I went to throw my uncooked meal away the trash cans stunk and were all full. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. I will never be back to this establishment, I have been to almost every Chipotle in the state of Maryland and never seen anything this bad. I understand why there was barely a line no one wants to eat there. People were complaining walking out the door. Every Chipotle I've ever been to has had a line to the back of the restaurant, not this one. Hands down some of the poorest management I've seen at a restaurant and this is...
Read moreI've never witnessed a manager (Luce) informing a crew member to relay to a (present) returning applicant showing up for their interview on time. That an interview won't be necessary and they'll email you if you got the job.
Sidenote: It was so obvious/weird that the associate was uncomfortable and embarrassed. That's not his job and he was actually a nice person who shouldn't feel compelled/forced to relay discriminatory statements since he was the only one who didn't avoid eye contact and actually spoke to me like a DECENT, RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL individual, unlike that so-called practical joke of a mascot they call manager or Luce.
Meanwhile, keep in mind the individual wasn't even allowed to interview because she canceled the interview on the spot due to the individual not being Hispanic but black and that could throw off the atmosphere they've worked so hard to establish.
Just because my name sounds Hispanic doesn't mean I am, this location has terrible reviews, and apparently, the way they treat, see, and perceive some people is worse.

Retaliation or Misuse of Authority Asking a crew member to communicate this could also be a form of improper delegation or inappropriate pressure, especially if the manager is trying to avoid accountability.
Service&Atmosphere isn't great, far from good, mediocre would be a compliment. So plain just bad.

Read moreI am a huge fan of Chipotle and have traveled to Arundel Mills and Gambrills to get a delicious Chipotle meal. You can imagine my excitement when my 15-20 minutes travel time shortened to 5! I was so happy to see a Chipotle being built in Glen Burnie!
Man, imagine my disappointment with the service. I have given this location three chances to improve and kept giving it excuses: "It's new!" "The staff is new." "Maybe they just don't know any better." Nope, not today.
This time the customer service sucked. While the first line employee was friendly, she was too concerned with her coworker making a to-go-meal to listen to my two meals. She moved on so quickly without starting my kids meal that I had to interrupt the person behind me from starting her order.
Then, the second line employee was quick but once again my kids meal was ignored until I mentioned it again.
Finally, at the register, the young ladies were clearly not focused on the customers and were busy playing around with each other. I asked for a side of guacamole and they were chatting so much that the cashier didn't ring me up for it. So I had to pay for it separately and was given a negative attitude because I wanted to pay for the guacamole in cash instead of my card. If my guacamole was attached to my original order, it would have been paid together.
Come on Glen Burnie location....you HAVE to do better. However, I won't be visiting this location again. I'd rather deal with the 20 minute commute...
