Jan 2025. So. Last 2 years I had almost Completely Given Up on THIS Glen Burnie Panda Express near my home but took a Chance and ordered to see if anything had gotten better. Past 3 months 2X I actually was pleasantly surprised small portions of meat but food was good and prepared great was hot & fresh. Then last order was not good I actually got sick. This latest time is IT. Burnt Eggrolls. ENTREES DRY ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE. AND DID NOT ORDER CHICKEN WITH 2 LITTLE STRING BEANS. NOT EVEN PREPARED WITH ANY CARE. TASTELESS FRIED RICE. Flavor on entrees although super small portions was JUST ok and Eggrolls tasted ok despite being burnt. The Sesame Chicken they gave me taste like Cotton Candy, breading taste pasty like uncooked dough; no sesame seeds, 2 small green beans and 2-3 pepper pieces on it. As you can see the Teriyaki Chicken was Simply Grilled Chicken ZERO Sauce. And BIG HUNKS of meat Unappealing & Unappetizing Looking. Think that 🤔 I will no longer be Wasting $$$ @ this particular Panda Express. They're NOT CHEAP either and who has money to BLOW and just Go Down The Drain keep getting Bad Food like this??? Service was also super Slow 12 noon on a Wednesday! Y'all Need To DO Better. Staff are OK not the best not the worst either....

Very friendly and kind staff. Usually very crowded. Your food sits until they go down the line. You may order 1 thing but 3 people in front of you, order 4 meals each. Yours will be done and boxed right away while their still making the people in front of you. So you wait rather than pay right away! The food is great but sometimes when its low and been sitting its not as fresh. On 6-11-21 I went back to this location and it was a mess. I walked in around 8:20 ams they were getting ready to close. The manager had her crew cleaning and refusing to make fresh or more food. I ordered the bigger plate but with all the confusion I only got 2 entrees but charged for 3. Poor poor Alexis she was really going above and beyond to make things right. She asked them to make 2 things they told her no both time. I put a picture of the washing the wall while cooking the shrimp and yes this is crazy. Basically staff is going to leave at 9. When I work we work until the closing time. We don't short our customers and lose money for the business nor do we make our own closing time. If the higher in command feels this is how they allow their business should be ran then I have nothing more to say! It was beyond unethical. Keep up the great work Alexis! Dont be afraid to speak up to your higher command or they are better opportunities for someone...
